If I could post zero stars I would, but Yelp does not give you that option. Their service was totally misleading and overpriced for what was offered. I booked an appointment for yesterday. When the gentleman arrived I was notified at the time of his arrival that the auto detailing did not include an exterior wash and nor did he have equipment to do an exterior wash. I am not sure what type of auto detailing company would do auto detailing that doesn't include washing the car. Why would I want my inside detailed and the outside, that is presented to the world, looks like shit.
Nevertheless I went forward with the interior cleaning. The gentleman offered to take my vehicle to the local car wash, since I assumed they would wash the outside, but I declined, because I can do that myself. In addition, I don't want someone driving my car with the potential of what can happen between my home and travel to the car wash since I am liable for his actions in my vehicle. Because of my expectation to have complete auto detailing to include a car wash, and because he was also almost 30 mins late he reduced my $100 package to $80 and took off 15%.
I proceeded with the detailing and towards the end asked if my interior windows would be included, because at this point I am unsure of their definition of "auto detailing". The gentleman told me he could do the windows, but did not have cleaning solution to do so. So you came to do auto detaining, could not wash my vehicle or clean my windows? How was my package EVER worth $100? I have leather seats, weather proof mats, and my trunk is spotless, so there was not any cleaning needed for that area. I did have my dogs in the back seat and the carpet needed a good vacuum, but again, not $100 worth of work.
It was a horrible experience and I still need a car wash. I booked for the convenience because I did not want to do it myself, and still need to do a portion of it myself. I strongly do not recommend. read more
