I read the reviews just now and there aren't too many happy customers. Now I just went there and the budtender was very cordial. I always know what I want when headed to a dispensary that being said I'm waiting on a edible to kick in. I spoke to a security guard at the front desk, Rich..I believe he said his name was, very polite indeed. I'll update tomorrow as the edible hasn't hit yet, it's only been 5 minutes. Update on edible.. The edible hit hard‼ read more

Have better customer service. Don't treat customers like there going to still from you Update your products and quit trying to sell old inventory from last years It was my first time going there and the place was empty, no customers except me and when I asked to see a product the bud tender wouldn't let me look at the product with out her holding it! I regret stepping into your store and never will I go back! I been to many different dispensaries and your store and customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced!!! I have nothing good to say about your store! read more

So as always I don't always like to give a 5 on my first visit, but I think it was deserved here. I'm not from Marina, so while staying there I went to a local dispensary. Found it easily, walked right in and was surprised how nice it was inside. Very clean, organized, they had a lot of inventory. I only do edibles, so I focused on that, they had a good variety and were priced pretty good. The workers were super nice and answered my questions...def recommend and if I'm ever in the area will stop by again for my needs. read more

Element 7 - Outside - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Marina, California

Appearance of bait and switch. Ordered products which they claim are no longer available.....but they kept advertising them for 2 weeks.

So ... I used to love this place. I told all my friends and got my partner to start shopping here as well. The staff was also so kind but honestly, their business practices are not it. This last visit sealed it for me, I won't be coming back. I had received an email last night about their Black Friday sales and thought, eh, not that great, don't really need anything at the moment. Then this morning 11/25/2022 at 9:01 AM I received an email saying they were runninig a special on Wyld gummies, my favorite, BOGO. I show my partner, we're stoked to go so, we head over. We arrive maybe 9:51 AM? And the girl at the counter said we only have this other brand on special RN. Uh... that's not what the email said. She then stated "oh it was only while supplies lasted." Ok, so you're telling me you ran out of all of your gummies in 51 minutes, store opens at 9, parking lot was empty when we pulled up. Make it make sense. Also the email 100% did not say "while supplies last" The email also stated 30% off Kanha but were we offered that deal either? Nope. read more

My personal information was ripped off from a staff member and used to contact me for personal reasons. After contacting the manager, all my rewards points were deleted and my phone calls left unanswered. I guess customers safety and The Privacy Act means nothing to this dispensary. I am at a loss reading the other reviews. I love this place and love the people inside, but the reviews helped me see some flaws I missed. I just bought 4 eighths a week or so ago and decided to check when it was packaged as most of these reviews say their products are old, and low and behold it was packaged in Dec 2022. As online reads, "After between six months and a year, the THC in weed starts to break down, gradually making it less enjoyable to consume." Always check the products you buy as the package date determines (to me at least) the quality of the product. I most likely would not have bought all four jars of the strain I got had I read the date bc now I feel if I don't smoke it soon, it will lose even more THC. On a more positive note, I find the workers to be very enjoyable, fun people. Some people have said the guy up front is rude but I have never had a bad experience with him. The staff that I see on the regular are very kind and are always open to educating me when I am lacking knowledge on products. The female workers there are my favorite, as they are the sweetest people ever. The men are also super chill and are great to converse with. I don't understand the negative comments on the workers, but maybe I always catch them on their good side. read more

Great place to go with nice location and friendly people that are really helpful in finding what your looking for

You have to try the Woodstock live rosin vapes. The Durban Poisin is off the hook. Great location, good prices, friendly staff and plenty of parking! read more

Why so many weird flavored products? Sell good weed, then people will buy it. Everything there is flavored like it's for children....

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with welcoming and kind energy. The Budtender Hector was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my preferences and offered several options that I might like. Felt like the deals offered were decent. Will be returning simply because the customer service was so excellent. read more

The staff here treated me like I was worthless and they were straight up talking shit under their breath about me and making smirks. They decided to close the store early and not let me buy anything just so they could go home early. This was my first time visiting this dispensary and sadly I won't return and now I can't recommend to the people I network with. It was a light skin male with a black mustache and a light skin Latino with dyed hair and giant holes in his ears. February 18th around closing time read more

Customer service sucks they sell old products that are at least 8 months old. Save your money and time. They used to be good last year 2022. There is one guy that works there he is extremely rude. Now I am spending my MONEY, and this is the type of customer service you all give. Remember to always check the harvest and packaging dates before you purchase not just from here but from any dispensaries. Another, when you see that they are giving these discounts it is because they are trying to get rid of that old shit. I was going to purchase an OG Kush from L.A. when I checked the dates, that product was "8 MONTHS OLD" and they were still trying to sell it. Why would you eat outdated "FOOD" and smoke outdated "FLOWER"? This is a health hazard because "old flower" after a while starts to mold. read more

Such an amazing place to go too. Fantastic staff as well. They always help me with the certain vibe I am going for and never misses . Best price around Monterey county read more

This place is great! I've been going there for about 8 months and the staff has alway been helpful and friendly! They are very knowledgeable, alway good about answering any question I have. I been to other dispensaries and not one is as nice as Element 7 in Marina! I will continue my business with them!! read more

The security officer was rude to my handicapped friend parked in front of their store (in a handicap spot) and made her move her car bc we were trying to support our local pop up next door. Beside my own car, there was no one else there. Not sure it's legal. She says they own the building, but they don't own the parking lot. Would have definitely not be shopping here. We had 30 mins to wait for our food and would have shopped there, but decided to get coffee at Coffee Mia instead, yum! read more

I am a loyal customer on disability. I used to go to Seaside for my pain meds but this store is closer to me. I buy the same thing every month. I recently bought the electric spliff brand vape cartridge in 1grm but it didn't work and I returned it no problem. They exchanged it for the same thing. But that didn't work either so i brought it back thinking there's no issue to exchange it but I am met by a new manager. He says they changed the threading on their cartridges. I stated I had 4 different brand batteries. He didn't address the exchange for over 5 minutes. He talked about terpines and useless to me stuff when all I wanted was an exchange. Just an exchange for a product that works. He told me that I needed a certain battery. I wasn't told that when I purchased the 2 cartridges. Why wasn't I asked?? And I very nicely explained I had 4 different brand batteries I guess none of which work on Electric Spliff. Bummer right? I didn't have money for a new battery. I couldn't afford one. I told him that. I handed the gram over but he gave it back. He told me to keep the gram. Okay I said but it's useless to me. Whatever. He then "exchanged" my gram for a different brand. When I started to leave he said "hey, HEY HEY!!! That's $28.50!!! ?What? Embarrassed at getting yelled at I paid but why I was buying a replacement? He says he's giving me a "deal". I didn't want a deal. I only wanted an exchange! I didn't want to purchase anything including another battery. He didn't exchange it. I spent money I didn't have to spare and I feel taken. I still have the gram vape and 4 pens that don't work with it. Why he didn't just exchange it baffles me. I am not a happy customer after my exchange with their new management. read more

This place is vibing! Love the variety of products. Julia is outstanding, very professional, knowledgeable of the products and a great resource. Garbage product. Gang members for bud tenders. Would give zero stars if allowed. Grow your own or go elsewhere.

Marina's first cannabis dispensary is now open, and it looks great! Discreetly located in central Marina, Element 7 was going through a "soft" open, so there were a few things still not yet in place, but what is there is top-of-the-line, mostly locally sourced products. They'll be adding new inventory as time goes along--and they take requests! If there's a particular product you like, let the friendly and helpful staff know and they'll do everything they can to get it in stock. The future looks bright for Element 7--stop on by and say hi! read more

Never a line five stars for that alone. I use edibles every now and then to help with sleep. So I come here a few times a year and the price is always right. read more

Great costumer service. This is in no way a knock against the people running the show, just the product. I picked up a half for 80 bucks n sum change. No TERRIBLE weed but not good by any standards. Very dry, small nugs. When broke up falls to dust. Got me a pretty good high but I don't believe I'll be coming through their shop again. They were very limited in product, mainly gummies n edibles. read more

Two months ago I went to buy my favorite "Froot" which is pre-price at $12 and the guy sold it to me at $14 each and I asked why and he said "oh tax went up or now it's $14 each! I would not recommend this place!! read more

If you like rotted weed & being spoken down to this is the place for you. Spent $60 on rotted garbage and smalls: went back only for them to deny it. I'm so disappointed. If you don't know what bud rot is you shouldn't be selling weed. read more

These people are rude and arrogant and all around bad customer service. The children at the front desk ruin the vibe and don't seem to care.

When cannibis dispensaries first began to appear in the Monterey-Salinas area, I used to go to a dispensary in Del Rey Oaks and was a regular customer. I used to purchase a topical analgesic called "Papa&Barkley" to treat sever arthritis. After a while they stopped carrying this product. A number of months ago, Element 7 opened up in Marina behind the Wallgreens on Reservation Road. I was elated because I live in Marina. Not only this, I discovered they carried my favorite topical mentioned above. I was further impressed with the assortment of products they offer. Their prices are very competitive. Today I purchased 2 half-ounces of flower for less than $130. They offer Senior and Veterans discounts and have a point system through the which one can get an additional discount on the cost of their order. I have been a customer there for at least the last 4 months. I am always pleasantly greeted by the front security personnel, the front-desk receptionist, and the sales staff in the store. What is more, whenever I place an online order, it is promptly filled and is always ready for me when I come to pay for my order. Their text and email notification system does a good job at keeping me updated on the status of my order. Thank you Element 7 staff and congratulations to the new store manager. I hope you're in our neighborhood for a long time. Robert P. read more

one of the worst dispensaries in Monterey: these guys are jus straight-up lazy and unpleasant. their product is old and outdated. the cheap prices are because the product is on the verge of expiring. I specifically asked for indica dominant strains multiple times and they keep lying saying oh this is indica dominant and when i take it home its straight up sativa. They've done this three times. unprofessional and lazy. Idk if its covid but these guys are passive aggressive and straight up weird and unattractive to even be around. go literally anywhere other than this pathetic excuse of a dispensary. The whole staff from security to management should be completely replaced. Deplorable, negligent, and pathetic. these guys literally have no other hobbies then weed. yall need to get a life... its kinda sad... read more
