If really interested in an espresso machine, they may even make you an espresso to try it first, at least that's what they did for me. They were nice to work with & knowing this is a local family owned shop made my purchase even more valuable.

( which was only a year ago, it's under warranty) so he told me to take it back to where I bought it from. I ONLY needed an advice on how to use it. My machine was not even broken. I brought sample cloths and wanted to show him how it's been acting strange, but NO. He refused to even look at it and simply sent me away. At the end, I took the machine to someone else and found out that I just needed to change the setting. She saw the machine and told me right away! If he only took 2mins to see the machine, he would have noticed it right away, but no no no. It's under warranty, so take it back! That was his advice. I had to carry my sewing machine across town only to be refused of service. I would Never go there again

I could have found something better thrown out on the street. The "repairmen" have been to my apartment 6 times, every time leaving it should work now. Ya right! They saw me coming and totally took advantage of me. Every time I call, they say they'll call back & do not. I've been in the shop many times as well. They keep telling me they'll fix things, but the repairmen show up and do not even have the right tools. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. Poor customer service, broken appliances, they stole my money. Please do not get suckered like I did !!! The fridge has a thick sheet of ice on the back wall & freezes all fruit & veg, even though the setting is on the lowest setting. The washing machine does not complete a cycle. I have to take my clothes out, and rinse them because they're still covered in soap & soaking wet. What a joke! This store should be shut down! The receptionist is on the phone every day, fielding calls from other annoyed customers. Please take your business elsewhere !!! Worst experience EVER !!!! WARNING!!!
