After I started construction of my new home, south of Atlanta in the summer of 2022, I knew in…read moreadvance that I wanted quality wooden shutters throughout as I had them on a previous home and loved them. I was recommended Metro Shutters by my Sales person and decided to drive to their facility in Marietta GA to get a quote and view their product. I met with the owner, Sean who helped pick out the shutters that I wanted. After that, he gave me a tour of his manufacturing facility as they make the shutters there from start to finish. I was sold and went with Metro for almost every window in the house. As my house was coming to completion, Sean and his team measured the custom shutters and custom made them. Just days after closing on my house, his installer came and put up all the high quality shutters and I could not be happier. They take pride in their work and it is reflected in their quality product. I would highly recommend them.

When I bought my new house, I purchased "whole home blinds" directly from the builder but for whatever reason the front door was not included. My real estate agent referred me to John and within two days he made it out to my house, took measurements, and had everything ordered. Pricing was affordable. He let me pay for half up front and the other half upon completion. A few weeks later, everything came in and John came back out and got the shutter installed in about 15 minutes. I can't thank John enough, I get compliments all the time about the shutter and finally have some privacy at the entrance. He's highly knowledgeable of his craft and a true professional. I would definitely do business with Shutter Pros again.

Shutter Pros was competitive on price (slightly higher than some of the bigger companies you've heard of) but what sealed the deal for us was the customer service and install timing. John has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and the quality of the shutters is fantastic. We had an issue with a broken window that was awaiting replacement, and John came back out to remove the shutters on that window and then re-install them after the window was replaced and no additional charge. I also love that this is a small, local business who utilizes another small, local business to manufacture the shutters. You will not regret your choice of Shutter Pros!

I bought some motorized window shades that had the ability to work with my home network. These would open from both the top and bottom, work on a schedule, and could be controlled by an app on my phone. The shades were quiet, blocked all light and worked perfectly - worth every penny. There was a small problem in which the manufacturer included the wrong mounting brackets with one of the shades. Steve (who I believe is the owner) contacted me by phone, got the correct brackets in right away, and showed up himself at my place to make sure everything was just right. Excellent product and excellent service.

We were guided through the measuring process by an excellent, detail-oriented customer service employee named Erica. The result being an excellent, custom fit in each window. The quality of the blinds is great too. Recently, the veneer finish on 2 of the 6 valences began to peel. I think they had been added to our original order after a measuring mix-up and may have been made by a different supplier than the bulk of our order. Delta replaced them.
