My friend, who is very picky about his manicures, took me here and I was so surprised I hadn't seen this place before. I drive by so often. The place is clean and the people are so kind. Pick a color or bring your own. They did gel mani pedi and it was wonderful. They also offer scented oil and paraffin packages. I love Lily and Cathy. The manager, Connie is great. Prices are a lot less than elsewhere, so top well, because these people work hard to make you happy. I highly recommend. read more

Very efficient. Good vibe and relaxing. Not expensive. Staff are very welcoming. //////

The team here is awesome! They do a fantastic job cleaning out all the extra cuticles on my feet. I've been coming here for years and I'm super happy! They have a great selection of Essie colors which is my to go to brand for nail polish. Highly recommend this place! Kathy and Raquel are superb if you get them!!! read more

First time here. Had a great experience with Kathy today. She was nice and patient. I noticed they treat customers in a very friendly manner, almost like family. Everyone is greeting you when you walk in and out and it makes you feel very welcome. The price was also more reasonable than other places. It's day 1, so I'm waiting to see If it holds up nicely. If gel doesn't chip off I'll definitely be back. read more

We had the best experience here. All the technicians are looking very and professional. Prices are fair.. and my manicure looks amazing!

Ok I can see why this place has 3 stars. Refusing to give business to a client. You could have gained a new regular customer by accepting to give me a one time broken nail service, I told you I live 5 minutes away and I will pay for your time. But you chose to talk to me on and on about matching the color without even asking me what I color I have on. Which is the most basic OPI nude that every salon carries by the way. Anyway, unpleasant and really dumb for turning a potential client away that could have been a new regular. Your loss read more

This place is great! They do great work and they do not charge an arm and a leg for doing your hands and feet . Good we don't need to lose any limbs for our manicure and pedicure . But seriously I have been going to all kinds of salons, paying at least 50%more for their service but getting bad service. Here you will actually get good service and good price! I have been going to Rachael and Connie. Highly recommend. read more

This nail salon has MULTIPLE TIMES cancelled my appointment when I walked in. Not before, but AFTER. Even with other patrons in the salon it's always ME they single out. I wonder why. Maybe it's because I'm BLACK. They never ask anyone else to "wait" or "reschedule" Truly a sad site to be asked in front of others to LEAVE read more

Well... I have been going there for a while but their manager was very rude and blunt the last time I visited with my mom. She did GelX for my mom but they came off in 3 DAYS! When we went back, she kept saying - come on this day, and then the next. My mom went back three times!! They need to be better with their service especially the manager. read more

terrible! they charged me 35.00 for just the gel polish change which chipped in 2 days, dirty dingy place.

Connie did an AMAZING JOB I love my nails so much she took her time everyone was so sweet and welcoming, I came for a simple French tip or ombré debating and she gave me this beautiful almond French tip with fairy dust, gems and hailey bieber chrome I loooove it wouldn't go anywhere else read more

I happened to stop upon this place. I was extremely happy with my mani-pedi. Everyone was SO nice & lovely. The employees knew everyone's names that walked in the door. obviously a lot of repeat customers. A total hidden gem:) read more

Had I written this review upon leaving, I'd have given them 4 stars. The service was great. The technician was very friendly despite he the fact that she pulled out dirty cuticle clippers, used them on me, and put them back in her drawer, without cleaning them before or after. I was willing to look past this because I was happy enough with my full set for randomly having stumbled upon this place. However, 3 days after getting a full set, half my nails were broken... I get my nails done a lot, all over the place, and I've never had this happen before. Acrylics typically last me about 2 weeks before starting to chip or peel off. But three days? 1 of them bent in half the night after I left! Yikes. It's a shame when the quality of the product tarnishes the quality of the service. Spending $45 on a full set of acrylic nails only to have them start breaking within 3 days is really unfortunate. Please work on your sanitary standards and quality of products!! Y'all got a lot of nearby competition and this sort of thing isn't cool. read more

5 star pedicure experience with Raquel. Feels like the red carpet. She will have your feet feeling and looking right. Go to the premium pedicure. It's worth it. Got an infection from this place on two nail beds and had to go to the urgent care and take antibiotics. Do yourself a favor Don't come near this place. Never ever had thus happen have had bad work but net an infection. They are not clean, don't use clean tools the nail file used look like it been used on 100 people. I agree with the other reviewer's that the place and their tools are filthy. The lady who did me was rough she was in a hurry acting like the place was on fire. I think she wanted to go do the pedicure for another lady customers. What a disaster!!!! This place is a unsanitary shit hole. I am so mad that I went there they should be reported. They deserve 0 rating. I'll be going back to my regular place but I was closer to this dump. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! read more

This place is dirty, nasty and unsanitary. The nail tech opened the drawer on the table and pulled out dirty nippers wipes them off and then proceeded to use them on my nails. I was desperate so I didn't say anything. The I watched as the owner finished with a client, took the dirty nippers wipes it with a towel and them slipped them back into the package to use again. The the new client sat down and she took out the dirty pair and used them on the next person. Grosssssss. This place is so unsanitary. Not to mention the nail tech got gel all over my fingers. Worst place ever. Don't waste your money. These people are a danger and need to be reported to the health department. read more

I give it two stars since my main concern is the fact that this place is very filthy. The stations need cleaning. I started to feel overwhelming worried since I did not see any signs of the instruments being sterilized. Usually at other salons, I see when the technician pulls the clean instruments from a sealed bag and in this case I did not see that, the instruments were just pulled from a little box that said "clean instruments". The technician gave me a small cut by accident. Having that small cut and technician using those instruments on it made me freak out. I really hope those instruments were sterile bc I don't want to get any infections read more

This place was so bad, I went on Yelp AFTER to see if the reviews matched the place. It did. I instantly regretted walking into this place. Careless, unprofessional work. They don't know how to clean cuticles, don't know how to file. They kept trying to strike up a conversation because they knew that they weren't doing a good job. I got a gel pedicure and stopped them halfway through the gel manicure because it was that bad. They charged me $52. Save yourself the trouble. Don't do it. read more

Connie, Mindy, Rachael, Lee, and Louie are incredible practitioners of the ancient art of pampering the body and healing the soul. Elegant Nails has an incredibly professional atmosphere with a fun loving and caring group. Everyone loves this place! They offer a full service salon from facials, manicures, pedicures, partial and full body waxing. I would give Elegant Nails a 10 star rating if possible. read more

If I could no stars I would! I came in to get my nails done for my cousins funeral, I'm in the chair crying and the gentlemen completely took advantage of me! 2 nails popped off as soon as I boarded my flight that evening, when I got back to town for them to fix it 3 days later I'm telling him how I would like my nails and he completely disregarded everything I said. My nails were all uneven ,weren't down to my cuticle, they were bumpy and the polish is old! And after explaining I didn't like the way he did them he told me I was going to have to repay for them and I told him I didn't like it from when he started with the application of tip! And like I guessed 3 of my nails popped off AFTER I got them fixed! Service is poor, communication is poor and the quality is poor! If you can find a different shop I would suggest you do read more

First time here...got a manicure/pedicure. $23...not bad. You can do spa for $28. They were fast but a little sloppy. Didn't clean my nails around the edges after they were done. I love my girls Raquel and Mindy! They have been doing my nails for 8 years, and coming here feels like visiting family. They are so sweet and do a wonderful job! If they weren't as good as they are I wouldn't keep coming back. I'm a hair dresser, and am very detail oriented, so its important to me to be somewhere where they are too. Not sure who did my full set but I have been here a couple times and I'm still not sure why I keep coming back. This past time I went the girl did such a bad job and I asked her to fix it twice but she still managed to mess them up. Filled with air bubbles and super crooked! Would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

Pretty upset with my last experience at this location. I have came here a couple times, since I go back and forth with two other salons. Came in today as a walk in and asked for a simple color change for my manicure. They took me in right away but it took about thirty minutes just for a simple color change on my hands. The lady did a poor job coloring in my nails that I had to do four coats. She finally finished and messed up one of my fingers so I asked her to fix it, her idea of fixing was just putting a piece of the polish to blend it in, I asked her to fix it because it looked terrible. She told me she does not have time for me and continued to take off the polish. Then she went back and forth with another lady doing a pedicure and fixing my finger. She was standing up in the process of this as well. She would touch the ladies foot and then come back and add another layer of polish. She blamed it on my cuticles not being cut but I never cut my cuticles and never have this problem. I was extremely frustrated because it took 30 minutes to get this done. I was to the point that I wanted to ask her to take my polish off and walk out because it was so unsanitary and disgusting. read more

Worst mani-pedi experience. Rushed, old thick polish, rude staff, yelling between employees.
