They did not have me on the schedule, but, they tried to work me in. they started with my pedi, and the manager( who is my tech. ) tried to perform a mani and gel dip . Not successful ! One nail, then she went over to the other customer, then came back to me. She divided herself between two of us and gave neither of us adequate attention. I will NEVER go back there. All they had to do, wasallow me to make another appt. rather than be treated as the ugly duckling.

Last week I went 3 different times-- each time a tech was free and walking around but they would ask me to come back another day. Came back 3 times in several days-- ridiculous. Going somewhere else now. Sad. Loved getting my nails done here every 10 days or so but it's gotten ridiculous.

I'm giving Sky Nails 3 stars -- and it's honestly disappointing because I've had 5-star experiences…read morehere in the past. I purchased the upgraded Spa Pedicure for $55, expecting the relaxing experience I've had before, but this visit fell short. The technician barely spent any time on the service. Once my toes were done, she did not massage my legs or feet at all -- which is a huge part of what you're paying for with an upgraded pedicure. I've had this same pedicure before with a male technician, and he took his time, included a thorough massage, and made the whole experience feel worth the price. When I politely asked about the massage, she told me it would be "$10 more" -- which felt ridiculous, considering the service was supposed to already include that. It felt rushed and honestly left me frustrated. I've loved this place in the past, and I know they can deliver a great experience, but this time it just wasn't there. Hoping it was a one-off and not a sign of a change in quality.

It was very clean-she ran the water and let the cleaner circulate like she was supposed to- not like some of the foreign shops who just want to get people in and out. We opted for the Spa Pedicure and I have to say it was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. It was very relaxing and she did things to my feet that I have never had done. I had my toes waxed, files, cleaned, wrapped with product and warm towels, my calves and feet massaged, and toes painted. I may have forgotten something. The owner, Janet, was very down to earth and we enjoyed talking to her. This is an American owned salon so you can actually have a conversation if you want. There are also magazines, etc if you just want to sit. I wish she had a salon where I lived and I would definitely go back. If you are local of just want to get a pedi on your vacation, I would strongly suggest going to see her. My husband also really enjoyed his pedicure. He recently had a hip replacement so he couldn't reach his feet. He said his feet felt so good and she provided a service he couldn't do for himself. He wasn't embarrassed to wear his sandals at the beach afterward.

I took my 3 nieces and my daughter for a spa day for Christmas. I've alway enjoyed getting pampered and wanted to my nieces and daughter to experience this all together. They got a manicure and spa pedicure. The spa chairs are human touch technology chairs. My mom has a reclining version of these chairs. Many people have fallen asleep on her chair while relaxing during massage session. I didn't have an appointment for them. I walked in with them. All four girls got to sit in the spa chairs immediately. Two girls got pampered first then the other two. I'd say they did a good job taking care of them. I looked at the smoothness of the nail polish and say they were skilled at what they were doing. There legs also got wrapped in hot towels. Their legs were smooth after that. The girls were so excited and really appreciated it. I think I had the best part of watching them get to experience it and get pampered. One of the girls wasn't patient enough for her nails to dry and mess up one of her nails. I asked the nail tech to fix it and she did without a blink. If I lived in the area, I'd come here again! However I think in paid a premium price of $37 each. Is that a lot? Well, they were worth it!

Recently, I've been into plain single color polish, but they do sparkly and glittery acrylic as well. I recently wanted to try Stilettos and I'm glad I chose Ocean Spa to do them. They are perfect! As long as I live in PCB, I'll be coming to Ocean Spa. If they are busy, have no fear. Just leave your phone number and they will call you when they are ready to take you. It's perfect if you wanna shop at the mall, as well as get your nails done. No waiting in the nail salon twiddling your thumbs, waiting to be seen... Go shop! Go eat!
