We were Visiting this area after my mom passed away. Diva nails was close to our hotel and near Walmart. Thought I'd give it a try as I needed some pampering. While she did a great job. Note the 'SHE' as she did not introduce herself nor did she speak to me at all except to say the price. They all spoke Vietnamese the whole time I was there, talk about lonely. I'm writing this review only from my personal experience. I never write poor reviews, but here goes. When we arrived, everything was like every other salon. Busy. Pick out your color and wait. They got me in a chair way more quickly than I expected. I wanted dip nails, which they assured me they were experts in. I pick out this light pink with a rose gold glitter ombre. She said, oh, 2 colors, that will be $50. I said okay. The young lady came back and said she had lost those colors, but had a jar of an almost identical color. I thought it looked a little melon, but figured she knew what she was talking about. I agreed to it. I told her I wanted tips, but very short, as I type for a living. Well, she files the tops of my nails (whatever happened to manicures where you soaked your hands and they cleaned your and rubbed your hands?) The whole time, she's talking to her coworkers in her Native language. Apparently, she is very funny... So, she starts fitting my nails for tips. Again, she's talking away in a language I could not understand. I even attempted several times to make conversation. Nope. But again, she had her co workers laughing up a storm. Another customer started making a scene about not being taken care of. My stylist says, oh, let me go take care of her, I'll be right back. I'm like, okay. She has glued my tips on, won't hurt to wait a minute. After an hour, I start looking around. Don't see her anywhere. After another 15 minutes, I see her doing a mom and daughter's nails. There is an old man with them, obviously treating them. The nail lady, at one point, looked me squarely in the eye, and never said an English word. So. There I sat. My friend, who had acrylics was LONG finished. Finally, after lots of oohing and ahhing, the young mom and daughter stood up to leave. Their bill was $160! So, there was the answer. She had literally left me sitting because she was going to make more money. Maybe no-one else sees that as bad as I do, but it pissed me off! Okay, 2 hours later, this lady comes back. She does my nails, I'm attaching a photo AFTER I made some corrections. The one warning I've read about dip polish is that you should make sure your stylist uses individual pots, as some infections can be spread. Do you think she did? Nope! I didn't even think about it til later. So, remember that the 2 colors are $50. She only did 1 color. I asked how much, she responded $45. WHAT???? All I can say is, I went in for light pink dip nails. A quick trip for a friend's birthday. I am a great tipper. I'm not kidding. I tip my stylists 30-50%. I tipped her $5m, and still feel I overtipped! I'm posting pictures, but I don't think you can see how lumpy they are. I have been going here for months and have never had a problem until the other day. I had dip powder on my nails and to get that off they are supposed to be soaked in acetone. Instead they proceeded to rip off the dip powder. My nails were all bloody and ripped up. I just walked out after that and i wont be back. read more

if I could I would put a 0 i paid $110 for my toes and nails done. when I was getting my toes done they used an illegal tool that you are not supposed to have in nail salons and they cut 2 big chunks of my ankle. the girl who did my nails I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she said I would be ugly and did something completely different and now they are ugly I only complained about my cut and when I called I was told I would get a full refund but when I went up there they were yelling at me saying I could only get 20 back and "it was just a little scratch" I was able to get 30 out of the 55 I paid for and was told I was never aloud back not only that but I'm a minor and I was vary uncomfortable the whole time I wish they were more welcoming read more

I told him I wanted a light blue and he started painting my nails hoy pink when I told him that it wasn't the color I asked for he insisted it was .When I asked him to stop and paint my nails the color I asked for he got an attitude. This salon is in the plaza by WalMart, I'm new to the area and decided to stay safe and go to a plaza nail salon near a big establishment and wasn't too disappointed, but no special deal here. I have acrylic nails and only get "solar nails" or "pink and white" and for some reason they are very difficult to do? I mean, I can do them myself-as I have been getting my nails done for a while now, but I venture out and try to find someone who knows what they are doing. Andy (first station to the right as you walk in) performed an "okay" job. They must use a very cheap clear gel top coat: it began to peel like the next day?! So, although he did an okay job, I wouldn't recommend them for this particular style. I really need someone who can do pink and white! Ugh! read more

Nail techs area was not clean. It was very dusty and nail drying fan had dust bunnies. She wasn't very friendly and cut me 3 different times. She reused towel and drill head. My tips were crooked and were not even filed straight. Overall I was uncomfortable will her whole area. You could tell it hadn't been clean in a long time. I am a licensed nail tech so I know the rules but wanted to check things out to see what people have been paying for. I will not be going back. I will do my own. read more

This place is clean and the people are very nice. The girl that did my nails seemed to be in a bit of a rush . My nails are a bit longer on one hand then the other, she did however paint them perfectly . All in all other then the different lengths. I enjoyed my experience at Diva nail salon. I would use them again ill just have to pay closer attention to the lengths :) read more
