Charged way too much. Pricing on their website and in house says $55 for Gel Full Set & $5 for special shaping, which is what I got. Price for nails should have been $60, but I was charged $75. When I asked why it's $75 she told me that was the price, period. I just paid and left but will never be back! As I was leaving 2 other people told me they paid more than what it should've been. I rarely leave poor reviews, however, people should be warned about this place. Their website and menu state one price, and then they charge you another, much higher price. I got a gel manicure and they charged me over $40. My nails look great but the manicure took almost 90 minutes and cut two of my cuticles so far back that they bled (redness visible in the photo.) Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off. read more

Absolutely terrible! Twice we've gone in to get my wife's nails done. Both times did not listen to what she wanted, charged $35 for full set, $45 for a fill. The fill looks like speed bumps. It's absolutely horrid. Got a pedicure, the woman beside me was there 10 min before me, was still there when I was done and mine ran to the front 5 times. Didn't even cut toe nails. Worst 'relaxation' experience ever. $90 for a fill and a third of a pedicure. Don't EVER go there. read more

I went to this place for about three months. At first I loved my nails then in time the price got higher and the service was aweful. The last time I went there they cut into my nail and it bled and they did not say a word. They went ahead and put the nail over the bleeding finger. The service wasn't bad but my nails are breaking and coming off after 3 days because the gel was very thin. The nails aren't the prettiest and are not really shaped smoothly but since it was a last minute thing i did i was satisfied but them breaking after 3 days for a $65 it's really disappointing. read more

This place is not even worth rating one star. The mail tech was very rude and only wanted to do what was quick and convenient for her with no regards to what was best for the health of my nails. Very cheap gel being applied to nails. Went back to have gel applied again after it came off after 2-3 days, requested French manicure instead, but was told they would have to charge. Then told it was my fault gel did not stay due to not putting hand correctly under drying light. Gel was reapplied and after a couple of days it once again has begun peeling off. read more

Went to this Salon today and the woman who did my nails did not do them well. she used unclean tools and did not have on any gloves. When I told her about this issue and that I did not like my nails she was very rude and told me I would have to pay full price to have them fixed. The Workers here not listen to the clients from what I seen around me as well. Many others had the same issue and the products they used were cheap. Not worth $60 for a full nail set. I went here yesterday afterwards to get my nails done for homecoming. It doesn't even deserve 1star. They didn't have a dark enough red but I settled with a light red. They started and nothing seemed clean or sanitary. The lady was going so rough on my nails and they were hurting. The lady was doing it as fast as she could rushing the process. They aren't straight or even and it looks like I need a fill in bc she didn't do it right. read more

Not a fan. I had my nails done (full set) here and they started lifting a few days later. As the woman was doing my nails I could immediately tell that they would lift; she only did one pass over my nails using the sand paper like drill bit. In my experience with other nail techs, they didn't use he sand paper drill bit, and my nails would last at least 3 weeks. I asked her to do another pass to ensure they wouldn't lift, and I was completely blown off! My pedicure was rushed and the woman who did it used a drill to remove the extra skin (cuticles). She didn't use the tools (nippers, etc.) I usually see when getting a pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure was very pleasant, but I've never seen that method before and felt the job was poorly done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are far better places to have your nails taken care of (quality work might I add) in the area. read more

I'm in town for a short visit and needed a full set of nails for a event. Emily did my nails in record time and they look amazing! I am also very sensitive to nail primer and she was so careful with it on my hands it didn't even bother me. I'm gonna try to go back before I leave. :-) Recommend reservation but walking are welcomed. It is a busy, nice shop. They are very friendly too. THANK YOU!! I finally just decided on a mood color to make it simple. i asked for coffin shape and did not get that, I asked for them to be thinner and she would not do that so the nails are super thick.
