On top of that, he had a very bad attitude and made me feel like he was being rushed to get me out the door. I came here to relax and enjoy my service, not to feel like an inconvenience. He didn't even clean up the messy polish around my nails. I have never had a pedicure this bad. The quality of the work was unacceptable, and the customer service was even worse. It almost felt like they assume that because this is a vacation town, customers won't be coming back, so there's no need to provide quality service. Well, that's not my case--I live here, and I support local businesses when they deserve it. Unfortunately, this experience was far from acceptable. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning. Very disappointing.

To my surprise, I waited a whopping 5 minutes. Once I sat down with Vanessa I explained to her that I was anemic so my nails are thin, brittle and soar from other salon's neglect. There was no language barrier and she understood the assignment! She filed my nails by necessity but only to the point of removing the shine. Once the tips were glued on, Emily came to finish the job. She was fast yet accurate. I showed her a reference photo, the only change I wanted was the length (I wanted them shorter than pic) and she did what she did! Overall sweet people, reasonable prices and great work.

We got there and I had my aunt sit as she uses a walker. The girl at the desk started talking to another woman in another language (I think Vietnamese) then she told me they didn't have an opening. I told her I just called and she said we filled the 3:00 appointment, so the next was at 4:00, I said that's fine we would wait. Then without saying anything to the other nail tech she said well she'll probably be busy till 4:30 and we close at 5:00, so she won't have time to see her. Of course the business card said they closed at 6:00pm. I didn't get her name, so I'm not sure if she was the owner or staff, but she was a thin girl with large square glasses. I feel like that was elder abuse to make her feel bad about them not wanting to serve her because of her age. We did go to another salon right afterwards and they were wonderful!! In case you want a salon that cares about their customers!!! LV Nail Spa was AMAZING and Daniel was the nail tech that helped my Aunt.
