I did not experience the same quality of service that I expected in a basic manicure. Used nail file, non-sealed cuticle equipment, cold water for pre-soaking. Non-precise painting of gel polish. Hair conditioner used for hand and forearm massage. read more

I have not been treated so RUDE the guy running the place took out in his air pod and started listening to utube half way through my services, I tried telling him twice the color did not match the chip. He was in his own little world. Then tried to blame me. I was there for my Moms birthday getting her a mani pedi and they gave my Mom someone who could not speak English. And she was trying to talk and have a good time, they just left her sitting and didn't say why read more

Love this place!!! I had Angela and she was so nice and did such a great job! She talked me into getting dipped powder and I love them! It was $95 before tip for regular pedi and dipped powder acrylic. I'll definitely be back! read more

I went to get a pedicure and was understanding that I didn't have an appointment so I came back in an hour like they ask me to but then noticed the time and I told him I would come back and as I was walking out the door the guy "asshole" goes good! Well don't worry about me returning there are plenty of places to get pedicures from so this business I will not be returning! read more

My daughters and I went in for full sets and they were awful and not what we wanted. They go to fast and don't pay attention and they will cut you. We left wil very expensive, ugly nails and was bleeding. The staff was rude and didn't talk us but amongst themselves, some in another language. I don't know why they were so busy. read more

It's not what I wanted and she got nail polish on my skin and she got me with the electric nail file thing. The workers where kinda nice and funny. They where confusing and didn't paint my whole nail read more

My cousin and I came to abbey nails @5:15pm and the nail techs acted like they didn't wanna do our nails. the tech that did my nails insisted on doing my nails the way he wanted I wanted short nails he tried to convince me that long is better but I came in with long nails and wanted them to be short . after going back and forth I told him fine because I'm not a confrontational person. He did a fill in that was $40 no color or any product just the product to fill in . then he became to do my pedicure and was extremely rough cause my big toe to bleed . I'm very unhappy and I recommended this place because it's always been a place I've liked but I no longer like this place . even though i was unhappy with my experience there I still tipped . read more

Not good!!! employees who work there have no respect to their customers!!!! I MEAN IT!!! If u don't know something, just say u don't, but don't start Laugh around on ur language with coworkers about it. If I start speak Russian , laugh, I don't think so that people around me will feel comfy. They don't care. I came to America, I speak English in public! I have Diploma from Nail Academy in Russia. If u RESPECT URSELF, DO NOT COME THERE!!! $25 for just gel polish, no pedi, Crazy! read more

The place was nice but my nail tech was too busy watching a basketball game and texting to really focus on my nails. He would ignore me when I spoke and if I asked him to fix a nail he had messed up he would act as if I was bothering him. I'm not one to normally speak up if someone messed up my nails or cuts me but he was awful and rude. Also, half the colors they offer they don't even have available. Don't waste your money. read more

FINALLY found a great little gem of a nail salon. Best to set appointment but did not have to wait that long as a walk in. Hue (pronounced whay) gave me a fantastic pedicure. Chairs very comfy and of the massage type). Met some very nice customers who had obviously been coming on a regular basis which is always a good sign. Anada also looked like she was doing a great job and also very pleasant and friendly. Use mostly OPI I believe but I did see some limited CND products. Free wifi!! read more

This place is terrible. My nails have never looked so bad. They gave me acrylic in an almond shape and they gave me cat claws. Also got waxed here and they missed so much hair. I would point it out and they would tell me that it's too small when it's obviously long hair. These people don't understand how to do nails. They were in such a hurry to leave that they messed it up that badly. read more

Came in for a gel polish change and walked out wishing I would have kept the old gel. Did not file my nails evenly so they ended up crooked. I wish I could have filed them myself. The nail technician did not let me keep them under the light for the full time and took them out way before the timer went off. She also got polish all over my skin that I had to peel off after I had left the salon. Will not be coming back. read more

My nails were really crooked and I ended up having to repaint them because they were messy. I love this place so it was a little shocking :( read more

Let me just start by saying, I left in so much pain and bleeding. This was by far the worst pedicure I've ever gotten and I won't be back. It shouldn't be a hard task to trim and file someone's toenails straight, especially if it's your job. I was looking for a relaxing afternoon and instead was lectured on how I "shouldn't pick at my toenails". Now as fun as that sounds....I don't sit around "picking" at my toenails, I do however wear heels everyday to work. Which I was also told I shouldn't be doing! The man doing my nails cursed, talked nonstop and smelt of cigarettes. The list goes on and on. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

Best nail salon in Bay County! Great prices, friendly staff. There is never a worry if you will get good service, you get great service from everyone. You can walk in or make an appointment. The new pedicure spa chairs are fantastic! read more

I had the most horrible experience for a bridal party session two weeks ago. I get shellac on my toes for work due to my heels rubbing ordinary polish off. The male nail tech I had did not soak my shellac off like you're supposed to do. Instead he literally pulled it off of my toenails and was ripping so hard that it hurt. He was pulling actual layers off of my toenails because he was not doing it the professional right way. I asked him to stop three different times. He filed my toenails so low that he filed three of them into the quick. He cut my pinkie toe. He cut the side of my foot with the stone. It was literally one of the roughest pedicures I've ever gotten. The massage lasted 10 seconds on each leg. Honestly I felt like it was joke! Steer clear of this place, and go to Lanas. read more

if there was a 0 star option i would give it. these people were so unprofessional. i'm in cosmetology, not nail, SCHOOL and i swear i could've done a better job. for starters, my friend and i showed up 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment time... we sat there waiting to be seen for 30 minutes after the appointment time. the guy was using his own fingernails to push back my cuticles (there's a tool for that) and they didn't have me or my friend wash our hands at all. i asked for a full set and for my two middle fingers to have a marble design. the guy said he couldn't do it so i understood and asked him to just do white instead. when it came time to paint my nails, he all of the sudden said he could do it. i questioned it but ended up saying okay... it looks like a cow print. this guy did NOT know what he's doing. he was scattered and unorganized and you could tell he was not confident in what he was doing. my right pinky nail is significantly longer than my left and a few of my nails are crooked. there's also a clump of nail polish on my right thumb because he didn't paint the polish on evenly. he didn't let my gel polish cure long enough so now my cow print nail is peeling off. i cried all last night because of how ugly they came out. this was a waste of $70 and i won't go back, save yourself a trip and some money because i promise it's not worth it! read more

I took my daughter's for a pedicure and was charged $58 for a pedicure with gel polish when their website shows that with hot stone is $48 and I got charged ridiculous amount. One daughter got a regular pedicure and I was charged 58 and the other one got a pedicure that had gel polish that I was charged 58 and then I was charged $30 for a manicure. On their website it states a mani and pedi is $45 I was charged $88 for a mani and pedi when I said something about I thought the price was overcharged they said that's what it was I will never go back and I hope that nobody will go there because they steal your money. It is ridiculous to pay $146 for two pedicures and a manicure. They are ridiculously overpriced and nothing is special about their mani and pedis and as I was charged for hot stone manicure and pedicures I did not receive them I am very upset when I was told the price and I hope that no one will go and get robbed like I did. read more

Always kind and they are proficient. Best place in Panama City/ Lynn haven that I've experienced.

Vi (Vee) and Tuy (Twee) are awesome. We schedule our Mani/Pedi's with these ladies every 2 weeks. They provide great service and fun chit chat while being pampered. I am going for a massage there tonight and will post my follow-up review on it. read more

Writing for my wife: I had the BEST massage EVER today! After my last (horrible) prenatal one at a different salon, I was very skeptical of trying another new one while I was pregnant. But since I've been feeling so sore and miserable (39 weeks), I figured any kind of massage at this point would be worth it. Turns out, Adanna (I'm 90% sure of her name, baby brain...) at Abbey Nails in Lynn haven was heaven sent for me today. Not only do I feel a hundred times more relaxed, but I was able to get some muscles stretched that I didn't think physically possible while pregnant. She knew exactly what spots to massage and was very friendly and comfortable to talk to. She was also vI will be going back for sure! read more

I'm only giving this place 1 star because it is a requirement. This is of the most racist nail salons that I have been to in the Panama City area. The nail techs pick and choose who gets their nails done. I called and the gentleman told me to come on in, mind you they were not busy when I got there, however, I wat there for an hour as they took people that came in after I did. Finally the gentleman and the rude owner Kim advised me they didnt have time to do my nails. All the white people got their nails done though. To top things off they have a price chart that they do not go by, they make up the prices as they go along. They laugh and make jokes in Vietnamese, unaware I have translator on my phone. If you are black please do not go here. read more

They were polite, but the service was not up to par. I had nail polish on the skin around my toes. My nails were not shaped properly & the polish completely came off within the hour. I will be repainting my nails tonight. read more

Me my friend and her grandmother went to get our nails done here and none of our nails were the same shape or size and the paint jobs were awful. They didn't ask what shape i wanted until after they had painted my nails and they don't know what a stiletto nail style is and they charged 80 for the 3 of us. The service is good, but the professionalism of some of the employees needs to be better. There is a short guy who works there i think his name was Joe or something, he needs to filter what he says. I had a pedi and fill done, the work was nice and i felt so relaxed from the massage. Unfortunately it was not as enjoyable with him rambling on about everything under the sun, hes a little obnoxious....Will have to try a different shop if this is his norm. read more
