I made an appointment with Anna with high hopes of FINALLY getting a great massage here. I work from home and am sitting most of the day so I have massages to work out tension. Anna delivered 100%. The receptionists were very polite and accommodating on the phone and in person as we were on vacation and had a limited timeframe to book our services. Easy check in process and comfortable lobby with waiting area. We each ended up booking a 60 minute massage with Duemarie and Brad. Both therapists were amazing! We both thought the therapists did amazing jobs working on each of our individualized focal points needing attention (shoulders, neck, and upper back.) The pricing was very reasonable as well. We hope to come back soon!

I was advised that they will be taking the massage as a penalty for canceling. The irony is I have had Massage Envy cancel on me maybe a dozen times due to a sick out or an emergency that a therapist had. I simply said, I understand, let's rebook for another day. Never once have I received a free massage or a credit of any kind. Yet the Panama City Beach location couldn't give a flip about a 14 year customer. Save your sessions for your home location! NOT THIS LOCATION! They don't care about you, they only want your sessions. Tons of private Massage locations in PCB. Look at the other reviews.
