Got a dip manicure and regular pedicure. Went here because my normal place was closed, lady made me bleed and was very forceful pushing back my cuticles. Didnt think much of it and was pleased with the final result.... Until the next day when one dip nail broke, one chipped and 3 look like they are cracking?? I've never had my dip nails break or crack before, I am not pleased. read more

My daughter went there several months ago and Tony did a great job. She went there today and some other guy was so rough with her fingers she said it felt like he was going to break them.. He didn't do anything besides slapping some nails on that look like shit! I sooo wouldn't have paid for that crap! 47 dollars later and here we are right as soon as she got home from getting her nails done (for our upcoming vacation) taking them off. She will find another place to get her nails done or make the drive to Fort Walton Beach where we use to live and they actually care about their customers read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Emily and the entire staff did an amazing job today. Me, my mom and two sisters were all able to get pedicures together within a few hours of calling for an appointment. They were incredible and took great care of us in making sure we were comfortable and relaxed the entire time. We all loved the service and will be back very soon! Three of us also got eyebrow waxes and now this will be the only place I go to. I almost didn't want to post this so it could be our new little secret but I needed to give Emily and her staff the credit they deserve! read more

I will say that I LOVED the color, shape, & over all look of my nails but the service could've been better. My normal nail lady is on maternity leave and she recommended I try this salon so I didn't even think twice about it. I went in right at 5:30 for a full set with gel, they close at 7. She ended up finishing within an hour so she had plenty of time to get things cleaned up before closing even though there were 2 other customers at that time. The first thing a younger lady asked if I had an appointment. I told her no & asked if I needed one, genuinely not knowing, I'm not sure if she took it rudely but she told me to pick a color. She barely said anything to me & honestly looked like she didn't want to be there. They lasted about 10 days which isn't a long time at all. I thought I had found my nail salon! The pedicure was one of the best I have ever had! The issue came when their dip powder didn't match the gel color that was done on my toe nails it was more then just "off" it was a completely different color, but sometimes with the dip powder the colors change a bit after application so I didn't say anything until she was near done which was my mistake.. to correct this she huffed off a layer of the previous color and applied another color powder and the results left me with bubbly uneven and discolored nails. I called them because I was so unhappy. I even had a 9 year old ask me if I did them myself not did I have my nails done... so I go back today and the lady did a wonderful job however the owner I believe it must be I could tell was unhappy that I was back.. she was very short with me and before I left I tried to thank them and say how much I appreciated it and that I would be back. She would not even look at me or speak to me. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I went back because I wanted them to have a chance to correct the issue and I would happily have came back if i weren't made to feel so uncomfortable for wanting my nails to look decent and not like a 5 year old had done them! read more

This was the worst pedicure I have ever received!!! I purchased the most expensive pedicure thinking I would get all the treatment on my feet after all it's called a pedicure!! instead I basically got a slight massage on my shins of my leg and that's it !! all the wonderful exfoliating scrub, mask , everything that it said would go on my feet went on my legs all my feet got is that worthless hot wax!! I got no massage, she barely even touched my feet the entire time for $55!!!! It was my first time at this nail salon and it will definitely be my last. I only chose this nail salon because I was looking for a cheaper option since the last place I went to was $80 for dip and tip nails. So when I saw online that this place was charging a more reasonable $45 I wanted to try it. I will tell you why it's cheaper, it's because the quality was not good at all. First off I made my appointment super early, and I was the only one in there, yet I still had to wait. Then my nail tech was clearly sick. I know that's not her fault and she was actually really nice but she was blowing her nose and taking medicine until she said she had to stop. That's when I was moved to the male nail tech. I don't know if it's just his personality but he was so incredibly rude by making comments about my nails and just talking to me as if I knew nothing about getting my nails done. He eventually introduced himself and tried to make small talk, but at that point I wanted to leave. After he took over doing my nails he took off two of the tips the other lady had already done because apparently she didn't do them correctly. Then when he was dipping and shaping them they were not shaped well because when I look at them they're lumpy and different shapes. Also online where I booked my appointment it said $45 dollars for dip and tip. However, I was charged $56. Maybe I got some unknown fee or something but I don't know how it increased $11 dollars. If I could go back I wouldn't have tipped, I just hate confrontation and I didn't really know what to do. I hate going to the nail salon anyways because it makes me anxious and this place definitely made that fear worse. I don't recommend whatsoever. read more
