The lady who did my daughter's pedi was extremely rude. We paid over $100 for two pedies and all they did were paint our toenails. They didn't do anything else. Never in all my years have I ever been to a nail salon and only had my nails painted. They didn't use a scrub, heat wrap, massage our calves... absolutely nothing! We weren't asked what type of service we wanted. I'm not even sure they offer anything more than just paint. The very next day the paint was coming off. We've had to schedule another appointment with our regular tech to fix their trashy work. I highly recommend using anyone but Pretty Woman Spa. I believe the good reviews they have received are from close friends and family and not actual customers. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Extremely disappointing experience at Olivia Lane Hair Salon. I honestly feel like the pricing was…read moreintentionally unclear, and the amount I was charged was completely unreasonable for the service I received. I booked with Peyton, who is advertised as a "curly hair specialist," expecting a curly hair trim. Their website says haircuts start at $50, and before I even asked about a refund, I specifically asked the front desk how much a haircut typically costs. I was told $50-$65. Imagine my surprise when I was charged almost $100 BEFORE TIP for a trim. To make matters worse, I LEFT WITH MY HAIR WET. So I'm paying nearly $100 for a trim and apparently the privilege of drying my own hair afterward. If the price for a curly trim is nearly double what customers are being told a typical haircut costs, that needs to be made VERY clear before the service begins. Customers shouldn't have to find out the real price when they're standing at the register. I reached out afterward to ask for a refund, and instead of taking responsibility or even trying to understand why I was upset, the manager was incredibly rude. The customer service was honestly just as disappointing as the pricing. I don't mind paying more for a specialty service when the price is clearly communicated and the service justifies it. But charging almost $100 for a wet trim while advertising haircuts starting at $50, then being rude when a customer questions the charge, is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and ask for the exact price BEFORE sitting in the chair. Apparently "starting at $50" can mean almost $100.
