I complained, but she said, "We don't do that here." And I had to go home and shave my own neck, and also get the spots that she missed on my face. I felt scammed because I paid $60 for it and she took a whole hour so I would expect that for all that time and money I would get a nice smooth face and neck. But I was wrong. When I complained to the owner he just told me that I am banned from the shop now and said they don't give refunds even though on their official website they have a "Service Guarantee" that if you are not completely satisfied with the service they will make it right.

Some were ok and some not so good but now I always go to the same person and she does a pretty good job. The people who work here are pretty nice and the place is nice and clean. They also offer you a free drink (pop or water) after your service. The only thing I dislike about it is that you can't make appointments, you can only book on the same day. Another good thing about it is they give you discounts. Every so often I'll get a message saying my next visit I get $5 off or 10% off or something like that. That's awesome, times are tough right now and every little thing helps, especially when you're getting a cut every 2 or 3 weeks. It's located in Station Square and there is free 1 hour parking in the lot. I'll be back for next cut soon..........

Without disappointment, he received the hair out he requested and looking forward to returning. I am very faithful to the people that give me and others, great service. I've been going to the same nail technician for over 9 years (she just retired recently) and gotten my hair done by the same lady for almost 20 years.
