If you live in town or visiting do not buy from the store BEWARE They sold my husband old bottle of flowerbomb. It wasn't the pale pretty pink we are used to seeing it was a dark amber color and the scent was off. I left a message with the store manager I finally got a text back they mentioned its a natural for the color to change. It's only natural to change if it's stored in properly but even a two to three year old perfume would not be that dark. I felt that they would make it right but the resistance to not helping was strong I thought maybe they would make it right figuring maybe it was stored in properly which caused the perfume to turn to a dark amber color but sadly I'm stuck with perfume or the scent is not the same as the ugly brown color buyer beware. read more

Don't go here. You will be duped and sold something for an outrageous price. I wasn't in the market to get perfume but I got smooth talked into thinking I was getting a good deal. Found out I paid 120 dollars for 2 perfumes worth less than 60. Insane. You will be burned out of your hard earned money. And what adds insult to injury is the fact you cannot return these, only exchange. Outrageous. How in the hell is this store still in operation? read more

the worst store every! the guy sold us a wrong one and he refuse to change for what we asked. and more, told us that we were lying.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! this place is a complete SCAM. They sold my son a bottle of cologne and we got back to our hotel it was an unwrapped bottle HALF way full, We googled the price after and it was online for $23 they charged my sone $88. We had to go out of our way on the last day to go back to the mall, the sales guy was a complete joke, they refused a refund and would only swap it out. I almost lost my mind on these people they had no manager, no customer service skills whatso ever, they should not be selling in a "Simon Property" mall which is why I didn't even think to look up the price before we bought it. again do not buy from this place, just go to a reputable company. read more

I give this a 2-star review because I did get what I was looking for. However the employees are very rude and very pushy. One of the workers wanted us to leave asap and the other one insisted that we purchase something. read more

This store and the employees working there should be ashamed of themselves. I literally don't know how you sleep at night. I was stupid and didn't look up online before buying and they sold me a bottle of perfume from "Dubai" for $150. I look I like and it's $38. I go back into the store before even leaving the mall and ask why it's online for $38 and was old because online is alcohol based and theirs is oil based. I turned the box over and showed the lady that it says 80% alcohol! She then told me it was fake online and showed me a wal mart add for $238. She wouldn't even do an exchange and said her manager had to be there. I'm furious. What a scam. read more

Massive scam and I'm annoyed with myself for not checking Yelp first since I was unfamiliar with the store. I purchased a cologne for $150 that I was told was already discounted from a "retail" price of $189, only to find out that the *exact* bottle I purchased was $90 directly from the manufacturer. Very pushy salespeople, started to bag up the bottle I liked before I could even ask about pricing and a very, very clear scam in retrospect. Avoid at all costs. Truly baffling that they are allowed to continue operating and scamming people like this and I will most certainly not be returning and warning friends and family to stay far, far away. read more

They need to get better workers, that aren't rude, a girl with blonde hair got so mad just because we didn't buy any cologne like girl that's your job, to show us she proceeds to say "next time don't waste my time" and proceeds to say things please get better workers. read more

So me and my younger brothers were shopping at Opry and one of my brothers decided he wants a new cologne, I didn't object. He said his friend came here and got a "great deal" so I was like okay cool. The guy that helped us seem cool and all but was kind of pushy, showed my brother a cologne he claimed was $80 but was 50% off so we'd get it for $40, sounds like a good deal right? Check the price of the same exact bottle and it's like $14 on Amazon and other stores. The receipt says no refunds either so do yourself a favor and don't do business here. read more

Do yourself a favor and never shop here. On 27th Nov 2020, I bought 2 perfumes from the shop at Grapevine Mall, TX for 140.71$, I was told that great discount is already applied. After that I continued shopping at the mall and came across a kiosk selling perfumes, I asked for the same 2 perfumes and the price came to 97.41$, I bought those intending to return the earlier ones! I went back to the shop and asked for a refund with the reason that a better deal is found, they asked for the details, I showed the receipt, they said it is the same company (They have a shop + 2 or 3 kiosks in the mall). I told them I need a refund, they said they cannot do that! The system cannot accept refunds, I can only exchange! I did not agree on what they said, the sales person called the manager (Alberto) and he refused to give a refund. Do yourself a favor and save the BS you get from this company. read more

Scammers, sold me an empty bottle! Glad I noticed before I left the parking lot. Thought it may have been an honest mistake until I read all the bad reviews. Half price was actually double what the perfume was worth, live and learn! read more

Kicking myself right now... I went in the store for a specific perfume and the lady said they sold out but expected to have more in the next few weeks. She showed me a couple others and then offered to give me one that's valued at $69 and throw in another bottle for free. Sounded like a great deal so I decided to treat myself. She even said she'd give me 30 days to exchange rather than the usual 7 days. When I got home I googled the perfumes I'd bought and neither were more than $20 a bottle. And supposedly the store is up to 50% off. I'm normally the type to research before I buy so I'm pretty frustrated they got one over on me. If I had known they didn't do refunds I would not have purchased. I'll most likely attempt to exchange for what I really wanted but after that I'll never step foot in this store again. Very disappointed. read more

This place should not be allowed to operate in Opry Mills. They are a total scam and know it. They offer no refunds on cheap products because they know people will want to return anything they buy. Not only do they operate store but also kiosks throughout mall. And prey on young adults walking through mall. Even name brand perfumes are fake. read more

If I could give a negative stars I would. They totally scam you. I told them my budget was $50 dollars. So the lady let me smell a few and I picked one out she told me It was normally a $100 but they could do it for $50. I asked the lady if it would last long. She told me that the product was oil based and would last a long time. I walked around the mall and decided to took it up. I could get the same bottle of amazon for $18 dollars and it not even good Cologne. Do not shop at this place. I even went back to confront her And she said that the cologne was fake on amazon and tried to tell me you can't get that cologne anywhere for that price. Macy's doesn't even sell the Cologne. It was cheap from the get go but she lied pretty much just get a sale... really shady people. They do not do refunds!!! read more

If my experience can't convince you to not shop here, I don't know what will. First of all, the place is set up in a way that makes it look like a temporary shop with signs posted everywhere that say "50-70% off". I was quoted $150 for a product I said smelled good but did not recognize the name of, but when I asked about other products the person said "the system came back with a deal, we can do $129", immediately I was sketched out by this so I declined, then they said they could do $109 best offer and proceeded to pull up a product on a website that listed a price of $250 and talked about how great of a deal this was (by the way not the same product they were selling me). A quick Google search in the store showed that I could get the same size and brand online for $60, plus it did not have good reviews. I was on a time crunch for this Christmas gift so I asked about brands I knew and ended up going with one I knew I wasn't overpaying for (checking prices online as I was being recommended products). Then when it came to pay, they manually entered a number onto the screen and wanted me to pay it but even with sales tax I knew the amount wasn't right. In conclusion, don't waste your time or money at this place, it's a scam! read more

Sam was SO helpful and referenced many great perfumes and colognes that I loved! He was very sweet and attentive!

Just like everyone else on here, I got scammed. I've been to a lot of wholesale fragrance stores similar and usually you can get great deals, especially with bundling. So with it being Black Friday I was hoping to save on some Christmas gifts for family. I knew I wanted the Ralph Lauren Polo Blue for my dad since that's what he wears, and then was hoping to find something nice on sale my sister might like. The guy said the Ralph Lauren would be $75, which seemed in the ballpark of regular price but I was hoping to spend less and asked if there were any deals if I was also purchasing a 2nd item. He said that particular one isn't included in any Black Friday sales, but that he might be able to work with me if I selected one of the perfumes in the sale. The brands he had me test weren't familiar to me, but one did smell nice and I thought my sister might like it. So here comes the scam..... He says he will take the RL from $75 to $59 and the perfume from $69 to $49. With the way he was so insistent and making it seem like a great deal I felt all pressured and flustered so I said yes and it wasn't until I was walking out of the store that my gut feeling kicked in that I got played. A quick search online and I realized that the RL retail was $55 and the other one I bought is only freakin $15. So my "sale" was actually paying double the retail. The worst part is they have a "no refund policy"...go figure. Now I remember why I normally shop online P.S. All in favor of having a victims protest outside their store? ‍ read more

RIP OFF!! Simple as that. I don't know why they're still open for business. Will rip you off with a smile & decent customer service.

BIGGEST SCAMMERS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. If you value you money, please don't purchase your perfumes here, and if you do, please do your research beforehand. I bought 3 perfumes this week at Elegance perfumes Opry Mills at $150, $110 and $39.99. Something told me to check online at different stores and see how much those perfumes were going for. I was shocked to see they were $39.99, $44.99 and $18.99 respectively. In short, I had paid $196 more on those 3 perfumes. I decided to return them the following day and get well known brands. I had a feeling if I told them I was there for exchange, they will end up giving me much higher prices because I had no otherwise than make the exchange since they don't do refunds. So I got the perfumes I wanted first (I had done my research on their prices online and had even screenshot them to make sure I don't get ripped off again) and we settled on the prices, but when the lady by the name BONNIE F realized that I wanted to exchange, she became so rude and started raising her voice saying I played her and even told me she will remove the 'discount' she had given me, and changed the prices of the perfumes I was exchanging for because I don't qualify for discount since am exchanging. On a normal store when you return stuff and get new stuff for exchange, if the prices are more than what you had initial purchase (they total your new purchase, then minus your refunds, and you pay the difference + tax), but what she did was a bit shady which I ended up paying more than I was suppose to. Please do your research on prices before you purchase here. **DON'T GET DECEIVED BY THEIR SWEET WORD. **DON'T BUY PERFUMES YOU DON'T KNOW BECAUSE THAT'S WHERE **THEY GET YOU ON PRICES. **CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE THEY OMIT SOME PURCHASES, SO WHEN YOU RETURN THEY WILL CLAIM THAT YOU DIDNT MAKE ALL YOUR PURCHASES THERE. read more

Should have read these reviews before stepping foot in this scam of a store. My mom wanted the Justin Bieber perfume for Christmas so I saw they sold it in here, the lady told me at first it was going to be $75 so I said no thanks, so then she told me she could give me a Black Friday deal to make it $45, so I said okay. My stupid self should of looked online to see what the normal price was, I could buy it at KOHLs for $28 bucks! This place is a ripoff!!! read more

My first recommendation: DO NOT SHOP HERE! If you choose to, at least check the prices online before you buy anything. These people are completely dishonest and will look you dead in eye and smile and laugh as they lie through their teeth. I was told that some perfume was worth over $100 but it was on sale (early Black Friday deals) for around $50. I hadn't intended to buy perfume that day so I said I'd keep in mind the name of the one I liked for another day. The salesman then said that he'd cut the price to $39 (the price of the smaller size that they were out of). I said I wanted to head out but then he said that he'd cut the price again to $30 even. I freaked out and gave in. As I was walking away from the store, I pulled out my phone and looked up the perfume I'd just bought. It sells for $15 elsewhere. I turned around, walked back in and told him that I felt ripped off. First he tried to tell me that they were not the same perfumes, then he told me that things you find online aren't as good. I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me of their oh-so-convenient policy of no returns. She offered me store credit, and when I told her I didn't want it, she found some random bottle of perfume in the back, wrapped it in plastic (it didn't have a box) and gave it to me along with the other one. At that point, I was so done. Both bottles are in the trunk of my car and I can't bear to look at them because I know I'll get angry all over again. So basically, if you enjoy being taken advantage of and made to feel like a shmuck, please, by all means shop here. read more
