From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one--we couldn't even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to "just give it a good yank." After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working. It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues. Overall, Home Supply's service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.

First the base tile order was less than what was ordered causing a delay in installation. Our order for shelves could not have been clearer but still they gave us the wrong shelves. Since I was working while being installed, I have to live with that mistake otherwise, the entire wall would have to be removed again. Then, they gave us the wrong color door saddle, also very clearly marked on the order. Despite all of their mistakes, they refused to refund my husband for the door saddle that we did not use. In summary, the people pulling the order are incompetent and the store manager should take some lessons in customer service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and they are quick to respond to calls and emails. We parked just around the driveway where the storage was and got to see the back of house which is always exciting! They keep everything very well organized and clean which is a huge plus in my book. Even the guys in the back were nice. We received our molding at the end of last week and they were in constant contact with us and delivery was on time and a smooth process (which is a serious blessing for anyone who knows how this can go). Im a fan of Kuiken! Already told a few friends who are also renovating in Jersey to look them up!

Our plumber felt that the best course of action was to replace all four of our faucets with new ones. His feeling was that the high mineral count in our local water would just make the matter worse. We went to Henry's with the intent to purchase all four faucet units. The price approached $3000 for quality faucets. When one of their plumbing sales people heard our story, he suggested just replacing the hot water cartridge and demonstrated the ease of doing so. He suggested we call the plumber back or get a new plumber who should simply replace the hot water cartridges. We contacted our plumber and asked that he try the replacement cartridges first in hopes that it will do the trick. He agreed to do so but felt that the heavy mineral content me have caused the connecting surfaces to become rough and compromise the new cartridges. We decided to take the chance in light of the cost of all new faucets. If it doesn't work out, we will certainly return to Henry's for the four faucet units. I appreciate their honesty.
