From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one--we couldn't even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to "just give it a good yank." After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working. It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues. Overall, Home Supply's service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.

Since I was working while being installed, I have to live with that mistake otherwise, the entire wall would have to be removed again. Then, they gave us the wrong color door saddle, also very clearly marked on the order. Despite all of their mistakes, they refused to refund my husband for the door saddle that we did not use. In summary, the people pulling the order are incompetent and the store manager should take some lessons in customer service.

Tom was able to secure the necessary materials in less than a week. Delivery with their truck was on time and efficient. I was impressed with their service and selection and had no idea when I walked in what was the appropriate tile needed for floor and walls in a bathroom. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained the different types of tiles and helped me find selections that matched my vision. The showroom is huge with an extensive selection which makes it overwhelming but with Berna's help I was in and out within the hour. The delivery charge was reasonable and ability to schedule as needed. It's a little hard to find (around the back of another business) but well worth finding this place.
