So they knew they were going to cancel beforehand and they didn't have the courtesy to let me know until the last minute. Instead they shared my contact information without my consent. The crew scoured clean both bathrooms and the kitchen. Floors were swept, mopped and then steam cleaned. They cleaned inside all cabinets and wiped down all the walls. The house was cleaned thoroughly and swiftly. The place looked about three shades brighter! This is the third time I've used Nancy's service and this was by far the most work the team had to do. In three hours, they are able to efficiently clean our (3br/2ba) home, top to bottom. What we love about Alejandra and Olga's work: 1) They arrive on time and finish their work in a timely manner. 2) They are always pleasant to be around and are receptive to our cleaning requests (for example, please start in this room, could you be careful about this thing, etc.) 3) Our house always looks (and smells) amazing when they are done! One of the best things is, in the next few days after their visit, I keep noticing little things that they've cleaned, straightened, or made better! Additionally, scheduling through the website and with Crystal in the office (via email or phone) is exceedingly easy. I don't know why I waited so long to set this up!
