Great for the hobbyist with a good selection of UPS batteries, LAN connectors etc., plus a huge section of surplus electronics including motors, resistors, capacitors etc. read more

Worst customer service. No respect towards the customers & the employees are non-chalant. Do not respect the law to adjust the price on an item that was not tagged with the right price. Instead they force a refund on you buy giving you cash when you paid by card and refuse to sell you anything else. Never going back read more

Refund policy is 0. Workers and boss have smug attitude and will not take kindly on any complaints. Basically, they don't care about you once they have sold you an item. You are their dumb complaining bitch. Service is also always jammed. Cannot get a hold of someone. Product selection is almost decent. Hopefully not going back. read more

They carry the whole line. So if you have $50k burning in your pocket and want a pair of speakers, this is the place. However they also carry everyday brands like Sonos and TV's by Sony and Samsung. So instead of going to the American Big Box store for your next TV and speaking with a college student that could care less, come here and speak to someone who's career is audio / video. If there's a sale elsewhere, they'll match the price. The store is also decorated with old antique radios and have unique pieces. Highly recommend!
