Jean Phillipe took the time to hook it up, showed me that it was fine and it was simply a setting that I didn't notice. he then gave me advice on how to get better use out of my old X Box that I was having difficulty with and finally, when I wanted to buy a Bluetooth speaker for my new X15 Iphone, he took the time to show me the different models available to meet with my needs. He was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. Being 75 years old I much appreciated his patience as I am not tech minded and he made sure that I was comfortable. We called AA Electromenagers to buy a washer at 8:30 p.m. and asked if we could pay online. The…read moreowner said no, but we could come by the next day to pay for it and they would deliver. We agreed that I would show up at 12:00 noon. I showed up at 12:00 noon. The owner said he sold the washer to somebody else that morning. I asked him why he did that and he said he had no guarantee I was coming. I asked why he didn't hold the washer until noon. He then yelled at me, "Are you telling me how to run my business?" What a miserable and non-ethical person. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn't be surprised if he cheats on his refurbed equipment.
