I am so happy to have this system installed at my grandma's home! It provides me with such piece of mind knowing she has medically trained operators to help her at the press of a button. She's had multiple surgeries on her back and foot so she's experienced a few falls. I once had one of her part time home care nurses advise her to go to the emergency room because of elevated blood pressure. The LifeSupport Medical system is by far the best on the market. I was disappointed with the likes of LifeLine and LifeAlert, as my grandmother had taken both of those devices off repeatedly and she fell a few times and wasn't wearing her neck pendant. She said she hated having the big neck pendant because it looked like she was very frail and most of the times refused to wear it, especially when guests were over. I battled with her trying to keep it on, but could never get her to put it on. After she moved from her home to an independent living facility, I thought she would be better off, but she was hospitalized after falling for the third time with no supervision. Finally, I spoke with someone from the LifeSupport Medical company who was doing a fall prevention training at the facility, and he helped guide me through the purchase and installation process.
