we were trying to get home health care. called 4 times NEVER got a call back. We finally got a hold of someone. I asked why we never received a call back ...they were rude stating they never got paperwork that was sent to them . the company that was helping us pay, also called and never received a response. Need better monitoring of home care staff. My mother-in-law's care giver always on her phone. she's been taking my mother in law to Mexico trips and they both say it's fine but we worry about liability. Apparently the care giver is not allowed to dust or sweep under furniture and I've seen her mop without sweeping then leaves the mop sitting without rinsing out. she's always calling off or switching hours. Mother in law says it's fine but don't they keep track of these things? And is she ok to drive mother in laws vehicle with permission and mother in law riding. I thought she was supposed to use her own insured car. And mother in law a diabetic and the lady is always bringing her pastries and burritos. My mother in law loves them and eats them but aren't they supposed to provide dietary support per her health conditions? I brought it up but she said to mind my own business. read more

Horriable experience,!! They sent people that the swore were well trained.. person ended up always leaving my husband to go smoke! Another person they sent didn't know how to do curtain thing so had to call his wife to come help. Another time the worker didn't show up. I called company and they said oh well he said he was going to call you.. I don't know what happen.. I told them well now I don't have a caregiver.. they didn't say anything or offer a sub witch is their job I am paying the company but they didn't even bother to ask if they should send someone or anything just oh well I will call him and see what happen. Garbage company garbage people. I'm filing a suit at this point, I worked at this crap company, they didn't pay me for a whole month one time and SWINDLED ME out of money when they did. Racist - they gave all the hispanics pads to log in- made them come in and get one in order to get their checks. I had to beg for one and then gave me one that didn't work- to give them ANOTHER reason not to pay me ,continuously- now they're withholding W2's. A bunch of horrible menopausal, angry, racist, weird chicks running a whole SCAM over there. Do not work-do not apply. I can't wait for them to go out of business.They all deserve to be out of work and they're garbage pail people, RACIST. Period. Also, as a provider , as an AFrican american, they sent me to the worst person, unprepared, she didn't have heat, it was winter, her REFRIDGERATOR was outside, I slipped and fell 3 times, they didn't tell me that the lady was pooping in a CUP when I got there, i had to MAKE them help her get a port a potty, they never did anything that the client asked, didn't train us properly for this kind of issue , therefore, the lady was expecting sponge baths, and proper treatment- I was expecting someone with proper working facilities who just needed basic care. You can tell by their actions, patients, money and business, THEY ARE GARBAGE PEOPLE. Do not work here if you're African American. Plenty other places to go. I sat in that office too many times, trying to get my money watching them treat hispanics with respect and then get mad when I got upset when they wouldn't pay me what they owed me ,provided obvious racist treatment, and THEN acted like I was the problem. Don't worry , if you're hispanic, you'll be JUST FINE. I'm filing a report on them with the NM Workforce Department FINALLY today. I don't even work for them and they still have the ability to affect me.
