So glad I found Lily! I discovered electrolysis when I was living in LA, but was struggling to find…read morea place to get treated in a similar quality when I moved to the Bay Area. My work eventually brought me into the city; with some research I found SF Electrolysis and after my first visit I knew my search was finally over! She really knows what she's doing in terms of the methods and precaution in terms of treating different areas of hair and skin. I also am very appreciative of the cleanliness and hygienic measures she takes in her clinic. She is very considerate of her clients' time and availability, and is also very helpful when looking to book somewhat last minute touch up appointments. While hair removal is not that fun of an experience itself, Lily actually makes it enjoyable with conversation and sharing funny stories. Now one of the reasons I don't want to move elsewhere in the city is so I can stay close by!

Lily told me "I should be grateful" for doing blend electrolysis due to my skin tone being darker…read moresince she prefers the thermolysis machine since it zaps quicker ... it's not my fault my skin is darker and at the end of the day I'm paying for a service. She'd complain about using the machine she didn't want to use continuously throughout the appointment to the point where I would consider finding a different electrologist, then subtly remind me there are less than ten electrolysis in all of san francisco and that most of them book patients who "aren't normal girls". Needless to say I stopped seeing her.

I don't go crazy with services, but after repeat appointments with Bellevue, everyone asks me HOW I stay looking so good, so young? They take a very conservative approach in Botox, fillers and more. Making the outcome natural and subtle. Just enough so people think you tapped into the fountain of youth. Just because I'm getting older doesn't mean I need to LOOK like it! We should all age gracefully and this company helps me do it. It's my favorite place to visit even on my lunch break. One of the people offering the service is a nurse practitioner. This gives the clients a huge advantage with all her years of experience and over all medical knowledge. I trust Bellevue Medi-Spa. They've added so much value to my life. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I LOVE this place. I wanted to get in to getting monthly facials and sticking to one "home base"…read moreand this is the place for me. The staff is always amazing, especially Patty. She gives incredible facials and always recommends great treatment plans for my skin, I can tell she cares a lot about her clients and her work and it shows in her facials. It is the most relaxing, luxurious experience that always leaves me glowing. I have gotten many facials and micro blading treatments. I always purchase one of their medical-grade skin care products before I leave because they are all amazing (specifically ZO's vitamin c serum). Ona runs great promotions and deals, but their prices are fair to begin with. I got Botox for the first time as well recently and the results are wonderful. PLEASE check out Ona Skincare (just leave some appointments for me! ) I'm looking forward to this year of great skin services and hope to try their diamond glow facial and many more treatments!

I had an extremely negative experience with a PRX facial at this clinic, and I would not recommend…read moreit to anyone. Before the treatment even started, I was explained by the sales rep during one of their events this is perfect for event nights. I specifically booked the appointment when I had an important event. ! clearly told the provider which skincare products I use--including Vitamin C and Obaji (products they sell themselves)--and was told it was fine. I was given no meaningful pre-care guidance, which is completely unacceptable for a treatment involving active ingredients. The treatment itself was shockingly aggressive and painful. This was not "slightly uncomfortable"--it was a 9/10 pain level, with my eyes tearing throughout. She started with what said was was gently washing my face which already felt like exfoliation and abrasive. Based on everything I've since seen and read, this is not how this treatment is supposed to be performed. I even watched a live demo of this and it looked effortless. This young 21 year old they had made it feel like I was in the Korean spa getting my first layer of skin sloshed off. It felt careless and improperly executed, incredibly abrasive and aggressive. Nothing like a massage. Immediately afterward, my face was covered in red bumps and blotchy irritation. I had an event the same evening, she said I would be fine. My skin looked significantly worse than before I walked in. Instead of improving my skin, this treatment visibly damaged it. To make matters worse, the only aftercare I was given was a faded, barely legible printout, and I was quickly ushered out the door with no real explanation. Nothing except a piece of paper. Is this how you treat human beings when you should be the expert? No one took the time to properly walk me through what to expect or how to care for my skin after such an aggressive procedure. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, training, and basic client care. Between the poor communication, disregard for the products I was using, and the way the treatment was performed, I do not feel this service was done safely or correctly. While the clinic did respond after I complained, that does not undo the experience or the condition my skin was left in. I would strongly caution others before booking this service here. I have reason to believe that the "nurse" performing this named Isabelle seemed very inexperienced. I should also mention that this was hard to book this appointment as they had no one on staff to do it on the day I needed it and then suddenly they had someone with a lot of 'expertise' on hand to do it. I think I was her first patient and she had clearly no idea what she is doing. Also they offered me a release form to sign as they know they did something wrong. I should also add that when speaking to the owner about this she seemed careless, stood behind her staff and dismissed all of my complaints as issues. They offered contradictory info, between when I bought this package and when out I tried to book it. They are all about selling, not actually following thru on what they sell.
