I called because I had a gift card for a couples massage, but asked if I could use it for a different service. Her answer was yes with no hesitation or questions asked. When I go to check out (my gift card totaling $179 and facial costing $79.00) I was told by the experienced cashier (Sabrina) that the entire gift card must be used because it was originally meant for a couples massage. Francisca failed to mention this on the phone prior to me coming in to receive the facial. She failed to ask a more experienced person what the requirements are for gift cards. Due to her careless mistake, the total service I received was $110.00 with the purchase of a scrub included that I bought with my personal funds. If I would have known from the beginning, I have may gotten more add-ons to my service or maybe even a massage if I knew they would charge the entire gift card totaling $179.00 (let's not fail to mention that tip couldn't be included on the gift card either).
