When I inquired about the cost as someone who had tried cool sculpting in the past, when you paid…read moreper cycle, I was told by the sales person who sold me the service that the policy had changed and that cool sculpting was much more cost effective now a days. I was told that you pay by area (my area was the flanks) and you get whatever number of cycles are needed to achieve your goal. I paid over $1500 for two trips to their office (two one hour sessions) to cool sculpt my flanks and on the day of my third scheduled appointment, I received a call, five hours before that appointment, informing me that I needed to pay for more of what they are again calling cycles to continue with the treatment. I have seen very little, if any, reduction of fat in my flanks In a nutshell, I paid $1537.04 for two hours of, at this point, ineffective coolsculpting on my flanks (love handles). Update: Ideal Image contacted me in response to my Yelp and BBB review and requested that I contact them to try and resolve my issue. I called this company today and they made no effort whatsoever to resolve this matter. They simply parroted over and over that you pay per cycle and that the number of sessions for coolsculpting on the flanks is limited to two sessions, in defiance of the fact that the selling point for me and what the sales person communicated to me, which was the only condition stated by the sales person to convince me to try cool sculpting a second time, is that you pay per area and that you get whatever number of sessions are needed per area of concern to reach your goal. Update2: I received a call from Lindsey who informed me that the person who I spoke with earlier that day misspoke. She assured me that I would get a third session and that they would reevaluate me at that appointment to determine how many sessions I would need after that session to reach my goal. She apologized and assured me that Ideal Image would honor the promise made to me by the sales person who sold me on coolsculpting. I am very happy that Ideal Image stepped up to honor their promise made to me and I am very impressed with the level of care and professionalism that I experienced with Lindsey.

I called and made an appointment to get some cool sculpting done and I went there and they told me…read moreI was eligible and then they told me I had to pay for the treatments so I paid them $3911 and came back for my appointment and when I did, they had somebody sitting there with a form she asked me about about all these other things about my physical health and then she said I wasn't able to have the cool sculpting unless I got a note from my doctor. It's a simple fact of bait and switch. Why would they tell me I could have the cool sculpting have me pay for it in full and then tell me I wasn't eligible for it! This business is purely predatory.

I am sharing this experience now with clarity and purpose, to hold this business accountable &…read moreprotect future clients from harm. In 2021, I received a chemical peel at this med spa that resulted in a SEVERE chemical burn to my back. The peel was performed by a front desk receptionist who was "in training," not a licensed or certified aesthetic provider. I later learned this occurred because no qualified provider was available at the time, and rather than rescheduling the service, the treatment was performed anyway. I was not informed that the individual performing the treatment was unlicensed, nor was appropriate supervision or medical oversight provided. The result was significant skin injury--second degree burns, as shown in photos taken during my visit at the BURN UNIT. This was not a post-chemical peel reaction -- it was a chemical burn. At the time, I did not fully understand the seriousness of what had occurred. As a nurse working in the field of aesthetics today, I now clearly recognize this as negligence and a breakdown in management, supervision, and patient safety standards. To this day, I'm still baffled by how this was handled afterwards. Beyond the physical injury, the lack of accountability and concern from management/owner during my recovery was deeply upsetting and added to the emotional toll of an already traumatic experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE if you value your skin. DO NOT BOOK HERE is you value your safety. & DO NOT BOOK HERE if you value proper medical oversight.

As a research writer in the health and wellness industry, I have had the pleasure of working with many doctors and scientists in cutting-edge medical protocols. Dr. Tieche's knowledge bank is truly vast, and it was evident from the moment I stepped into his office. His expertise in the field of medicine is unparalleled, and what sets him apart is his commitment to staying up to date on innovative protocols and treatments for his clients. Dr. Tieche's dedication to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in medical treatments is truly commendable. As a patient, it was reassuring to know that I was under the care of a doctor who never stops expanding his knowledge and skills. This dedication to ongoing education translates into effective and cutting-edge treatments for his patients, making him worth his weight in gold in the medical community. He is in the forefront of the healthcare community and his pioneering efforts are where medicine should be- preventative health and wellness. In addition to Dr. Tieche's expertise, I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of his staff. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I was met with a team that was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was well-informed about my appointments and any upcoming treatments or procedures. The staff also ensures you are informed on every aspect of any financial commitment with a free consultation. They go over your concerns and possible treatments or procedures. Once you meet with the doctor all fees are again explained thoroughly. There are no surprises to costs. Working with many doctors in the field of Functional medicine, Dr. Tieche's fees and prices are fair-market value with some being less than what is typically charged. One aspect that stood out during my time as a patient at Dr. Tieche's practice was the multiple communication channels available to keep patients informed about their appointments. Whether it was through email, phone calls, or texts, the practice excelled in ensuring that patients were always well-informed and prepared for their upcoming visits.

I chose Shimmer Salon because it was close to my home and had good reviews. I was able to schedule my haircut online with Yelina. I loved everything about my first time visit with Yelina that I have been back two other times for haircuts with her. The salon is on the main floor of this old house and I love that, like many businesses in Ocala. It is always clean and neat when I visit. Yelina always does a great job with shampooing, conditioning, and cutting my hair. Yelina also always finds a way to keep the volume in my hair and cut it so it looks like a new haircut for at least a month afterwards. Yelina is also quick, maybe because I'm simple with my requests. There are several other hair stylists here and they also have a tattoo studio. They have blowout memberships and products for sale. The hours are better than most salons in the area and they have their own parking lot. FYI, if you are staring at the building from the street, it's the lot on the left side, not next to the apartment complex.

The other 2 did not relieve any pain for me. My back and neck tend to obtain knots like nobody's business so I find massage therapy very important. This spa is in a little plaza and it is very nice in every aspect. I have visited here 4 times and I cannot think of any complaints. As soon as I walk in, I have been greeted by Lyn (who was waiting for me) and usually a staff member sitting at the front desk. There is such a calming and warm energy as soon as you walk in. In the lobby, they have products for sale. There is also water and tea. The Whisper Lounge is an excellent feature and I think all spas should have this. I went to a spa years ago in Miami that had a room like this and it was such a valuable amenity. I usually do not get to sit there more a couple of minutes but one day I'll go early so I can sit and relax! There are several services provided here, such as facials and massages. There is also a new salt sauna that you can use for an additional fee. I would love to do an entire spa day there but like most places, it seems almost impossible to be able to book everything in the same day due to schedule conflicts. Although this spa is almost a 20 minute drive from home, the reward is worth it. I have had the best massage of my life here and I hope to continue coming here!
