It's $10 except for Tuesdays and another day which costs you $8. I didn't check their reviews or for any referrals for names of threaders, but i should've. I was seated on the farthest left chair on the first row (when you enter). There was an aunty who was doing the 2 women next to me, and the way she handled them, I was feeling excited. She asked them what they wanted, she took her time to look at both eyes before starting, etc. I thought I'd be next on her task, but another younger skinny girl came from the back and attended to me. First, she didn't sanitize her hands before starting, second she told me to lay back and was immediately about to start on my right eye without asking about what I want or seeing both eyes first so she knows how to even out. I had to assert myself and say, I would need a shaping because my left eye is thicker than right. She just said "okay okay", still not really looking at it. While doing my eyebrows, she kept talking to girl at cash register, and the most disgusting thing happened, where I felt a droplet of spit on my face. I was so enraged within myself, but just wanted to focus on getting my brows done well. I felt the thread tug on my left eyelashes. I told her I don't want the eyes brows angled, rather softer rounded. After finishing, I saw my brows were definitely not soft rounded arch rather sharp angle, what I asked not to have. There were few spots where hairs were not evenly pulled, but just pointed out and she took them out. I also pointed out that my eyebrows look shorter, especially on left side compared to right, but she blamed that my eyebrows were like this. I know they weren't because i took many photos of my eyebrows before attending and measured the length. In fact, my left eyebrows had more hair growth on the ends than my right eye. Even when we confirmed that my left eyebrow was thicker than right so I'm okay to thin the left to make it similar to right, now my left is thinner than right... the ends of my brows as well are so thin compared to rest of eyebrows which makes it more sharply angled. I've attached photos. Anyway, it's not the worst eyebrows I've had, but just few levels up. The experience though, was one of the worst I had. Unfortunately this is the closest eyebrow place to us, so no doubt i'll be forced to visit if i'm in a pinch in time like this day I visited. I read the reviews and there seems to be a couple women referring #10 station Vibhuti, so I'll try her next time and update you all.

He will keep changing prices for exact same service provided previously/ routinely. Even if you confirm price each time you walk in to be sure, he'll still try to raise price AFTER service is complete (so customer feels wrongfully compelled). This evening I confirmed price for hair and henna as soon as I reached, because of past experiences. We verbally agreed. After we did my face waxing, he asked if I wasn't in a hurry, if I could wait while they do threading and waxing for a customer who suddenly came SEVERAL minutes AFTER me. I nicely agreed but emphasized it was my Birthday and Diwali on the same day (11/4) this year so please be sure to take care of me too, as my hair and henna were still pending (each usually takes about 7 minutes). Apparently the other customer was a greater profit so ETHICS went out the window when my turn came. After I waited ~30m, the owner suddenly increased the price for my hair from verbally agreed upon $12 to $20 - without any good / valid reason. I was disappointed but still wanted the service given my Birthday and Diwali so nicely offered $15 just because other salon appts wouldn't be available in time for my Diwali party the very next night. He very rudely and loudly said NO, the price was now $20 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, even though I waited and even though he agreed $12 just ~30m earlier. So I again nicely said let's just do my henna and he refused. He said it was too late, they suddenly wanted to close. I had pointed out that I was speaking at a normal volume and he had been speaking at a needlessly high volume / aka yelling. He says because "I am pissed off." Sorry but there is NO reason to raise your voice to a regular customer, who was being perfectly calm, especially over a mere $5. And he refused to do my henna though I started to tear up because I had told him henna is a way of celebrating given my Birthday blessedly falls on Diwali. The beautician Deepali even looked sadly at me because the owner was scolding me over $5 and refusing me the very quick services after I had waited for the other (apparently more profitable) customer. So there you have it - despite all, there is not even an IOTA of customer service, professionalism, or even making a young lady's Diwali and Birthday a happy one. The very least they could do was complete the henna service since the design and price were not at all in question. I had not at all raised my voice so am not ever accepting being yelled at by a BUSINESS OWNER. You need to be more PROFESSIONAL than that, have BASIC BUSINESS ETHICS & minimal DECENCY. You should not treat your customers SO VERY POORLY because one day you will run out of customers to cheat and abuse. Anyway I left the salon without saying anything since my hair was wet and the blonde highlights looked more saturated. Once it dried and I saw the actual color I was so upset and called the salon for a redo. She agreed that I pay $25 for product fee. She claimed that thats what I wanted and it looks nice. It would look better if I had blow dry. When I didn't agree and hung up the phone she called back and offered me to apply toner for free. I believe toner itself can't fix this hair. I wouldn't risk coming here for major color changes. It might seem affordable at first but might end up like me and have to pay way more to fix it later.
