i went for an annual skin cancer screening a little over a week ago. A skin cancer screening is…read moresupposed to take at least 10 minutes and most of the time a lot longer. My regular dermatologist routinely checks all areas of my skin, inch by inch while wearing a light/magnifying apparatus on her head. She checks my entire body including scalp, ears, fingers, between toes, etc. My regular dermatologist also gives me time for any areas of concern. Dr. Yalowitz was very casual and dismissive in her 5 minutes (at most) skin cancer screening telling me "you're good" without examining 75% of my body. I now have to wait until February 2024 for my "annual" cancer screening with my regular dermatologist because I can't trust the diagnosis Dr. Yalowitz's made without checking most areas of my body. This is extremely disappointing and possibly dangerous.

I saw ( barely saw ) Dr Kitchin today after waiting almost 6 months for a body check . I've had…read morebody checks before . This was by far the worst I've ever had . She had me lay down she looked at the front side of my body( not my chest though ) then asked me to turn over on my stomach . She looked at the nape of my neck and only 2 spots that I had to point out to her . She told me to take one arm out as I lay on my stomach I thought she was going to check the back side of me . I don't know why she asked me to do that since she didn't look at anything .At the begging of the appt she told me she would check my face at the end and never ever did that either . This was my 2nd time going to her . I saw her in Sept to discuss some hormonal acne and I was told she couldnt do a body check at that appt because a body check takes long . My appt was at 11:10 I got there at 10:55 . She walked in at 11:00 I was back in my car at 11:08 after waiting for an elevator and walking to my car . She was with me a matter of maybe 3/4 mins . She was by far the worst dermatologist I've even seen , she seems must more interested in pushing her products and things she can make money on . Do not go to her . I have already called my insurance company and will write a letter to them when my EOB comes in to dispute the payment . The only reason this got even one star is because I couldn't post without giving that . She's worth nothing !

The Front Desk employees are exceedingly Unprofessional, Curt, Nasty and Rude. Whatever the reason…read morethe doctor chooses to keep them. My injector was Shilpa and she made me feel super comfortable, walked me through the process and discussed my end goals and she gave her advice. Her advice wasn't pushy and she made me feel beautiful! Which was the case with everyone I talked to. The staff was absolutely incredible and so nice! As for my results, I love them! Long story short, i saw someone other than Dr Treiber and when i asked why, they said " Well, everyone sees this woman first". You will have to come back another time to see the Dr. I explained that i had taken off work and wouldn't be able to do that. After a lot of crazy happenings behind the desk they said "you can come back in 2 hrs and the Dr will see you then". Ok, so i went back. Saw the Dr. She wrote down 2 other Dr names that i can see for the dark circles under my eyes and then proceeded to drum up business for Botox and incredibly high priced serum. So, stupid me, already there, i was like.... Ok, lets do botox and buy the serum and see if that helps before i go to these other Dr's whom i didn't know. Upon checkout they promptly gave me an almost $900 bill which they UPON THEMSELVES, NEVER EVER UTTERING ONE WORD ABOUT IT said "we took off $50 off of the $350 consult fee!!!!!!! So, in utter disbelief and the fact that i simply could not walk out without paying, paid. I NEVER EVER SHOULD HAVE PAID. THIS DR AND THE STAFF SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!! Other Dr's that i had called prior for appt's mentioned a consult fee but if i were to schedule whatever with the Dr, that the fee would be used towards treatment. Dr Treiber should retire and move to Florida and get out of business!!!!!!!!!

She then refused to see me anymore when my insurance changed to Medicare & suggested I see a colleague. That dermatologist said it was a concern & without a biopsy prescribed 5FU cream. I grew suspicious when I read this could exacerbate the spot if it was malignant. The next dermatologist took a biopsy & it was Squamous cell carcinoma, which is very dangerous because it can spread to anywhere else in the body. Dr Klar is a fraud!!!

Dr. Pisarenko was the third physician I had a consultation with in 2014. After years of putting it off, I finally booked in 2020. Dr. Pisarenko's mannerism, honesty, knowledge, and charm is what lead me to book with him. He's extremely personable and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Him and his team have been by my side before and after my procedure. I'm currently 4 months post-op and still have open lines of communication with him. Not to mention his office is beautiful, clean, and smells amazing. I highly recommend him!!!

Dr Louisa Tift is just ok, I've been a patient here for a long time and I haven't had any crazy…read moremedical or skin issues. She knows what she's doing but is booked every 10-15 minutes so she rushes through every single appt like she'd rather be anywhere else. Typically I only see her for a maximum of 4 minutes and that's not an exaggeration, the nurses take care of majority of the appt and she steps in at the last second to do whatever and then she's out. I'm not making this review bc of Dr Tift though... I'm making it bc whomever answers the phone to book her appointments is incredibly rude and childish, I was in the middle of making my appointment and the call dropped from lack of service, nothing I can control and I did not hang up on her... her assuming I hung up on her, responded in an extremely unprofessional and childish way, when I called back I was put on a wait queue and when I finally got through she immediately hung up on me. So I did the whole thing again, called, spoke to a computer, got on the queue, and then again I finally get through and she hangs up the phone again immediately..... that's so immature and childish and I hope she is reprimanded because I have a real life and I'm tryin to make these appointments on my lunch break at work, I don't have time for this petty and childlike bullshit, I'm sorry but after all that, I'd rather go anywhere else, such a disgusting display and so infuriating.

Without an pain or discomfort. My skin looks great :) I am so happy :) I also booked fraxel for wrinkles and fine lines with najia herself. It was great. I did it 10 days ago. With a small pain killer and numbing cream - I felt no discomfort or pain. Maybe a little warm. The warm feeling remained for - few hours but soon after disappeared. For 2 days I was a little red. Nothing you cannot hide with a little foundation. Then my skin dried a little and was a little flaky for 2 days. After this I can see already smoothness ;) Today I went to the salon and got the new treatment called Silk Peel - dermal infusion ! Amazing !! Got rid of all my dry skin and it glows!!! Fatima took care of my skin today and she has angel hands.
