Alyson is a class act. The first time I received a spray tan from Alyson I thought to myself, "So…read morethis is how it's supposed to be done!" It was clear that every other spray tan I had received in my life was at best halfway to perfection, and Allison set the bar. From that point on I have been going to her for all of my waxing, skin care product, facials, and of course spray tans. I am 31 and had some pretty embarrassing adult acne. Regardless, I was determined to go make up free with or without the confidence. First came great skin care, and the confidence followed. After my last facial, I sent Alyson a thank you message with a picture of my glowing make-up free and acne free face. She is personable but also very professional, detail oriented, and gives the cleanest and fastest wax down below you'll find anywhere. I'm beyond happy with my relationship at Honest Studio because I love when I find a professional who cares about their craft and delivering a product they are proud of. Alyson is not lazy!

I've recently had two treatments with Marianne at Radiant Day Spa. I can't say enough about what a…read moreprofessional and top notch experience they were. I went in for my first brow shaping in years. It was the best waxing experience I have had in forty years. She was a makeup professional for 25 years and knew exactly how to shape them so I was myself, just better. It didn't hurt in the slightest. She makes sure to get the root of the hairs so they come back very slowly. I also had a divine facial. The products are really nice. Marianne is calm, kind and so knowledgeable. She isn't trying to sell you a ton of product nor does she talk too much and ruin the experience. Don't let the unassuming exterior of the salon fool you. The space is lovely on the inside. So serene and relaxing. The prices are very fair. You will be well taken care of.

FIVE STARS!! Short…read morereview: - reasonable pricing - clean environment - exceptional customer service Full long overdue review: I've been getting sugared consistently for over 7 years and have seen my fair share of sugarists--so I can confidently say that Marianne is truly exceptional. I go to her for full Brazilian sugaring, and as you can imagine, that's a very vulnerable service. But Marianne has an incredible way of making you feel totally comfortable. She is professional but also extremely personable. It never feels transactional. My husband makes the joke that I'm going to my monthly therapy appointment because I genuinely enjoy my time at Radiant spa (even tho Im getting a dreadful hair removal service). Also, if you're at the salon, do yourself a favor and book a massage with Nicole. She is amazing--seriously works magic with her hands. One of the best massages I've ever had. She's intuitive, attentive, and knows exactly how to work out tension. Can't recommend these two enough. This place is a gem!

I never write Yelp reviews, but I had such unprofessional experiences that I felt like it was…read morenecessary for others to be aware before you waste time and money. I have seen both Tana and Traci (there's not many electrolysis places in Bend) and at first, it felt professional with Traci's nice studio and Tana's sweet demeanor (a little weird at times waiting in her driveway for your appointment at her home studio) but my last treatment with Tana I was rushed out the door, charged $80 for an incomplete 30min session (super noticeable hairs not being treated) even though she prides herself on being thorough and I was shocked how unprofessional she was treating me. I could go on but it was so bad and will never give her my business. They both insist on scheduling all your appointments but it feels better for them (and slightly desperate) rather than making sense for your needs and the science behind the hair growth. My new Electrolyist's session felt different during the treatment and after talking, she mentioned that the hairs being treated might have been plucked (faster during the session but increases hair growth). Just keep this in mind as your looking-

Had my first laser hair removal treatment today with Hannah and it was great!…read more I've had laser hair removal done before in multiple cycles over the past few years, so knew what to expect. With that being said, I was extremely satisfied with my first consult and treatment today, Hannah listened to me and considered my specific hair growth pattern, came up with a plan and package to target my concern areas, and had great bedside manner throughout. I also feel like the pricing was extremely reasonable compared to what I've received outside this area, but I did benefit from a "buy 5, get 3 free" package they are running until Nov 22nd. Also love that after those 8 treatments, they offer 50% off for "maintenance" treatments on spots that just need a refresh! I know I sound like a paid advertisement but I truly was so happy with the process today!

When I raised my concerns, I was told by Taylor, the injector that it was due to "my budget," and my request for a corrective session was outright refused. On top of that, the minimal results faded unusually fast...less than a month, making me question whether genuine Botox was used or the injections were not in proper area. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. Proper technique, transparency and respect for patients are essential, and unfortunately, I didn't see any of that here.

First, the space is beautiful, it's comfortable and not the "hip sterile environment" that a lot of spas go for (don't get me wrong, it's incredibly clean!). I have struggled to find someone in Bend that does Brazilian's, and does them well. I'm happy to…read moresay, the search has ended. Thank you, thank you, Jill!! I've moved around a great deal and have always utilized this type of service. Thus, I've had plenty of experience (sugar, hard, cloth strips, tweezing...all that fun stuff). It seems that most of those "waxing" in Bend, use hard wax versus wax with cloth strips. The end result (in my experience) has been it takes longer (one must wait for the wax to harden), it leaves more wax residue (ugh...), it doesn't pull out the hair as well (I was told it works better for those "hard to get" areas...meh!), and really isn't any more comfortable (I've been told it's not supposed to hurt as much...there's just no getting past that part). Luckily, Jill uses cloth strips (what I'm used to, and has always seemed to work the best) and I must say....there was not one bit of waxy residue and there wasn't a single stray hair to be found. I was in and out in a jiffy and couldn't be happier. I can't recommend Jill highly enough! If a Brazilian is what you're looking for...well....this is the place!
