While I was there, two middle aged women came in and asked mind boggling questions. Why is it called galaxy? What phone does my nephew have? Which phone is cheapest? Why is that so expensive? How long do the batteries last? Where's the cheap one again? A lot of this information was visible; their glass display listed the price of each phone and sorted them in order of price. The guy fixing my phone was patient and helpful, trying to answer everything fully. He encouraged them to ask as many questions as they could. The phone was fixed quickly and the guys were friendly and helpful. You could tell they get along and they know what they're doing. I have broken my phone about 4 times before, but they did a great job. My screen used to completely pop off and my home button would sink in, my mic would be all messed up. No more. They gave me some advice too that I will pass on: a rubbery case will absorb the shock when you drop your phone but a hard plastic case will make it worse! My case was on the table and dude was like who's case is this? It's awful. Or something like that. Also they put an iPhone 7 tempered glass protector on my phone (an iPhone 6) because they couldn't find one for the iPhone 6, but they found one like right after they put it on. They gave me the one they found and said the iPhone 7 one will be fine but if it breaks, I could use that one and even come back and they'd help me put it on for free. Basically they're good at their job, they don't make you feel like an idiot, and they understand customer service! Highly recommend Electro World! Rant over! read more

Exceptional, fast, helpful, and CHEAP service, I don't know what more you could want!! I cracked my iPhone 6 screen and needed it fixed asap so I called around a bunch of different places to get price quotes and electro world offered the best price hands down. As soon as I came was extremely friendly and polite and tested my screen to make sure the touch sensors weren't affected, and confirmed all it needed was a screen replacement. Within seconds he got out some tools and got to work. My soul left my body for a second as I watched him open up my iPhone, which is probably the most terrifying thing to ever have to witness. He told me it would take 10 minutes, so I just looked around the shop at all the cool cases while he worked away. A couple of customers came by while he was working and he was quick to answer all of their questions and help them out while at the same time working on my phone, which was not a problem for me at all, in fact I thought it was great that he was being so helpful even while he was busy. When it was done he let me test out my phone with its brand spanking new screen and I was so pleased with how fast and how good of a job he did I yelled "you are AMAZING" at the top of my lungs. He also recommended a heavy duty glass screen protector so I got that as well, and the price - for the phone repair PLUS the screen protector - was STILL cheaper than all the quotes I got from about 6 different stores. My battery died and wouldn't charge. I felt like my arm was amputated and I was cut off from the world! Then I stumbled upon this place. Went in, and they tried to trouble shoot. Michael and his associate were very nice and helpful. They made sure that everything was done before any repairs were made- incase there was no need for it AND I love that they explained there was no cost to figure out what the problem was, because it could have been a number of things. I appreciated that. They were even conscious of my time, which was nice. I wasn't in a rush though. Told me to come back in an hour. My most recent work project (I'm a photographer) brought me out to Firenze, which was an amazing trip except for technical difficulty with my laptop. Had to repair my iPhone 6 screen and chose this place for its strong reviews + lowest price. I left my phone and and went to grab cash at the bank. Phone was fixed in the 3-4 hours I was gone. Had a great time chatting with the guys in there while the owner, applied a tempered glass screen protector on my phone that I had bought elsewhere. He had suggested a Spigen phone case, which I bought but unfortunately it broke right away. I emailed him that night and he responded quickly, offering me an exchange without any issues. My phone had all kinds of problems such as freezing up and restarting by itself for no reason. Connected with Musha through Yelp and his respond was almost instantaneous. Took the phone in the next day and he spent almost 30 minutes checking my phone and giving me advises. He gave me few suggestions including deleting some harmful apps and resetting some settings. As my phone is quite old not all problems were solved. Instead of trying to get me to spend 50 to 100 he settled for no charge. 5 stars for personality and customer service. They were quick, and prices were reasonable. My iPhone 7 camera glass broke and they fixed it for me right before a flight and I haven't had any issues with it since (about 4 weeks now).
