Yes, Apple has an outlet here in the haute couture district of Firenze. Within a block or two, you'll find Prada and Versace and Givenchy and all those other top name brands. So of course, the fashion phone and computer people will be here. The store has the same electronics you'll find at any Apple Store as well as a genius bar of repair specialists. A 10 OUT OF FIVE! Went in with my iphone not able to make or receive calls and walked out with a functional phone. The staff could not possibly have been nicer or mire helpful. Getting my phone up and running took skill, patience, kindness and brains and Andrea had all. It was complicated but with her fingers flying at the speed of light, she figured out the problem and was able to connect me with the US with a dpare phone they keep for that purpose, enabling the US tech team to troubleshoot. Perhaps it was because I made a big effort to converse in the Italian I have been studying. All I can say is the staff in this store is highly trained and just plain lovely and adorable. read more

Well out of the three people I had an interaction with, one was nice and smiling, one was cold but still polite (not helpful nor nice) and the last one was rude. Not a very high score for a brand which pretends to have a good customer care. Then, and it is not a comment specific to this particular Apple Store, but I am not a fan of this decentralized organisation where I personally get a bit lost. For a while I was wondering where should i pay?? And also, 89euros for a charger, seriously? It makes me seriously reconsider my next laptop purchase. Walked in to see about getting an adapter, the guy in the entrance directed me to another guy who works in that specific area, OMG, he was extremely rude! Some other girl came and helped me and so I proceeded with my purchase. I then needed a screen protector and no one wanted to help me put it on. I had to ask several people who work there to see if they are willing to put it on for me and finally some guy volunteered. Do not go to this Apple Store, terrible customer service! read more

I am studying in Firenze right now and needed my computer screen repaired. I arrived on time and was quickly informed they run a little behind. It was done politely and with a smile. I still did not have to wait more than 10 minutes which in Italy is really nothing. Within minutes I was told the repair can be done for free and the same day. That was 11 Am by 3 Pm my computer was repaired. When I picked up my computer I wanted to buy a new Power court but was told I needed a second appointment for this purchase and it is an Apple policy worldwide. This is the only reason I am giving Apple only a 4 star because that is just insane and wasting everybody's time. This store seems to be staffed with far fewer people than I have seen in other countries Apple Stores. Being in such a vital city such as Florence they could really use more staff. Awful service - the employees don't seem to have a system in place for crowd control. There was no clear line and many employees were unfriendly and curt. Had to wait over a week to get my screen replaced. read more
