He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn't make me feel dumb for asking a bunch of questions lol. The whole thing was super quick and not stressful at all, which is saying a lot. I also ended up getting more back than I thought I would, so that was a big plus!! I really appreciated how patient and real he was about everything, it didn't feel rushed or like he was just trying to get me in and out. That actually matters to me because I've had bad experiences before where people don't really explain anything. Overall just a really good experience and I'd definitely go back again. Thanks Alex!

Being local in San Jose made everything feel even more convenient and personal. When I brought in my documents, he took the time to carefully read through everything before we got started, which immediately showed me how thorough he is. We discussed the best way to handle my return and what made the most sense for my possible refund, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, overlooked, or confused at any point, and that really stood out to me. I appreciated most was his professionalism, patience, and great customer service throughout the entire experience. If there is one thing I do not play about, it is my money, because I work hard for it, and Alex treated that with the seriousness and respect it deserves. I also liked knowing that if I had any questions later, I could call back and get help. That kind of communication, attention to detail, value, and genuine care is hard to find. I would absolutely recommend Alex at Promex Tax to anyone looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Thank you Promex Tax!!!

After I had already provided sensitive information, they said they would delete everything. The whole situation felt extremely unsettling. That lack of communication only made the situation feel even more suspicious. Don't be fooled by the 5‑star reviews.
