It was a very chilly day also so after walking about 10 minutes i decided to just run back to my car and not even wait until the car was done charging. My bladder couldn't handle it and my stomach was digesting itself from hunger. I will def not be back until the stores nearby are open. It's a ghost town here.

Most people will run into the Safeway to kill time or just wait in their cars. There isn't a place for cars to queue if all the spots are full which is very likely. I see people just sitting in the middle of the lanes blocking other non Tesla people from leaving as I'm writing this review lol. So although this is a 250kwh station, it's only pushing 97kwh probably bc all the spots are full which is annoying. Be aware.

The good news is that ChargePoint and EVgo have a partnership which enables us to charge up at EV go using our ChargePoint card and that's the $400 free worth of charging. The EVgo chargers are rated at 350 kW, and our car goes from 20 to 80% in 18 minutes. My only complaint is that I wish their cables were a bit longer, since our charging port is it the right rear of the car, unlike Teslas. The EVgo chargers used to show up on the ChargePoint app, and all I had to do was select a charger to use it , but they disappeared a few weeks ago. However, I discovered I can still charge there using my ChargePoint card.

I waited an incredibly long amount of time because the checker was being absolutely delightful to someone who required a lot of assistance. The person in front of me commented to this checker how they have the patience of a God. I was about to say the same thing. I mean, she didn't even look put out. She was still just as friendly and just as helpful with the person in front of me. When I finally pulled up, I explained to her that I needed to be quite careful with what I purchased because I am broke let me tell you she was just incredible. She told me the original price and then discounted price, then explained how much of a percentage it was off Each item on clearance! THEY WERE FAST. She totally understood that I just couldn't buy things unless they were under a certain amount. I felt like I had a teammate --instead of someone making me feel ashamed or embarrassed, or that I was taking up too much of their time. Then, when I brought it back, the person handling the return gave me a skeptical attitude as if I was returning it after use rather than because it was defective. The issue was clear: air was flowing out of the wrong pipe, making the tank unusable. This was a product defect, not buyer's remorse or misuse. The whole reason I purchased online was to save time and avoid inconvenience, but instead it created more hassle and wasted time. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expected better customer service and a smoother resolution from Target. Target can do better.

The service was prompt and attentive, with enough servers to take care of the side room. Since it was the "sun room", the sun was shining through the windows and it was bright. Review from my parents: it was just meh, they prefer the other place near our house. I think the food is good, but probably won't come back again with a big group of us, since they don't have many big round tables. And personally, I prefer the whole experience of the ladies coming around with their carts. Perhaps their dinner menu is also worth trying. Be prepared for a wait on weekends since it gets crowded. If you're coming with a large group, it's best to arrive before noon. The restaurant is located next to a hotel, and finding the restroom can be confusing since it's inside the hotel. Service is also pretty minimal--they seem understaffed, and I almost always have to flag someone down just to get basics like soy sauce, chili, and water. I don't understand why they don't just have the sauce on the table for guest to dip, but I get that they're saving $ on controlling the cost down. On my most recent visit, the experience really went downhill. Our table had food but no soy sauce, chilli nor water, and when I flagged a waiter multiple times, he got visibly annoyed and irritated. I did love that it came with oat milk, which made it extra creamy (perfect for someone lactose intolerant like me) .But for my taste, the lavender and maple flavors overpowered the cardamom, and it ended up being a little too sweet.
