Good high-mileage maintenance experience!!!…read more There is definitely old world charm but it doesn't deter me. Space in service/parts area is efficient. & i would come back. Not everyone likes to pay for maintenance especially over 1k like i just did, but i know that what they did was well worth the investment, and just have to give a special thanks to my service advisor Paul who made me feel confident that all the work that needed to be done was done right. At pickup, while waiting for my advisor to finish with his customer, I enjoyed making conversation with other staff who all represent the brand with knowledgeable helpful insight, straight-forward car people who know how to talk to non-car people. I think I know about cars, but it was a good feeling to know my advisor knows more than me and I appreciate that. While I stay on top of my maintenance nothing beats the brand technicians who only work on Hyundais. While their labor is more expertise, I'm kind of glad my regular mechanic told me he doesn't do certain services - since they did seem complicated on a higher mileage car. Maybe they fluffed my feathers a bit too telling me my car was in good shape and that it was young, sort of made me proud of the journey this car and I have had and hope to continue to have well past the 150k mark! While this doesn't speak to the business but more the brand, I am glad that they made a car so fun to drive with small details that just make sense. I would say I left service with more confidence in my car's longevity! Regarding the team who works here. I listened to how they speak to their customers on the phone, very down to earth yet still professional And last but absolutely not least.. I want to give the service technicians their due props for doing all the dirty work under the hood, Thank you!!!

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience…read more (I am only adding one star because the system requires me to select a rating. In my opinion, this experience deserved zero stars.) My husband and I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hyundai of Stevens Creek in San Jose. After our vehicle was evaluated, he was presented with additional issues and recommendations that we did not feel were properly explained to us. My husband and I also take responsibility for not being as knowledgeable as I should have been and for not simply saying "no" when he was presented with additional paperwork. However, I expected the staff to provide professional guidance and clearly explain what we were agreeing to before asking my husband to sign documents. Unfortunately, the situation ultimately resulted in my husband having to return a loaner vehicle and being left without a vehicle, even after he spoke directly with a manager about our situation. At no point did my husband and I come in demanding anything or behaving rudely. I was respectful and tried to handle the situation as normally and reasonably as possible. That is what made the experience even more frustrating. I have dealt with many businesses over the years, and this was, technically, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I understand that not every situation will go exactly the way a customer wants, but I do expect clear communication, professionalism, and reasonable customer service.. especially when dealing with something as important as someone's transportation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve how customers are treated and how important decisions and paperwork are communicated.

We came in specifically to see the Mazda CX-50. From the moment Justin greeted us, he was incredibly helpful. As the conversation progressed, it felt less like a sales pitch and more like a friend helping us make the right decision. There was zero "hard sell" pressure, which we really appreciated. Justin was also very transparent with the out-the-door quote and worked hard to get us the best value. If you're looking for a Mazda, go see Justin, he's straightforward and genuine!

Dishonest service crew, deceptive advertising, and a disgusted customer…read more I have had exactly three interactions with this service center, and I have left disgusted every single time. The first red flag was in 2023. My girlfriend brought in her two-year-old Mazda CX-5, and the service advisor tried to hand us an $800+ bill for a laundry list of services--including a brake fluid change and tire balancing. Mind you, this was a nearly new vehicle, and not a single one of those services was on Mazda's recommended maintenance schedule. It was a blatant cash grab. The second red flag was in 2024. We went in for basic maintenance and dealt with a service rep trying to trick us into the exact same round of unnecessary brake fluid changes and tire balancing. When we saw through it and refused, she dropped all professionalism and hit us with an incredibly condescending, "Sure, I meannn... it is your car." The final straw was today. I booked an appointment based on a promotional oil change offer they were running. The moment we arrived, the service guy pulled a classic bait-and-switch, claiming that due to "fine print," they actually had to charge us an additional $50+. Maybe it's our fault for not bringing a magnifying glass to read their ads, but I would much rather do business with a service shop that is transparent and honest. This place relies on deception and upselling to make a buck. I absolutely do not recommend anyone use their service. No customer should have to experience this level of disrespect.

Sales Manager Amine Kedir made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Even after the deal was completed, they promptly handled a few items that were missing--no delays, no hassle. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. If you're looking for a seamless and worry-free car purchase, I highly recommend visiting Stevens Creek Mercedes and asking for Amine Kedir. Let him take care of everything!

My partner and I came in on August 18, 2026, to look at a red Mercedes-Benz I had seen online…read more Before coming in, I spoke with Mike and he showed us the car when we arrived. I told him that I liked the vehicle and was prepared to purchase it, but I had one condition: the chip in the clear coat on the hood needed to be repaired. I specifically pointed it out to Mike, and he looked at it, touched it, and assured me, "We can fix that." I asked him multiple times whether he was certain it could be repaired and whether it could be included in the contract. He repeatedly confirmed that it would be fixed. I overlooked several other issues with the vehicle, including additional paint chips, torn leather, peeling areas on the steering wheel and buttons, and the fact that the car was extremely dirty. I was also told that the vehicle would be detailed. Despite these other issues, my only real ask was the specific chip on the hood, and I made that clear. I confirmed with both Mike and the sales manager Ellen that this particular chip would be repaired. Because we live approximately two hours away, we took a day off work and were instructed to bring the vehicle back on August 24, when the person who repairs paint chips would supposedly be there. However, that appointment was never actually scheduled. We therefore had to take another day off work and return on August 25. After waiting approximately 4.5 hours for the cleaning to be completed (yet the car was not entirely clean it was still dirty after) We were then told that the person responsible for repairing the chip had already left and that we would need to return yet again. I returned alone after another two-hour drive and confirmed the appointment for 12pm the day before. Then, at 11:48 a.m.--less than 15 minutes before I arrived--Mike texted me informing me that the person who repairs the chips was not there. I waited until I was told the repair had supposedly been completed, only to discover that the chip I had specifically pointed out from the beginning was still there. Mike then told me that they had repaired a different, much smaller chip nearby instead. After all the time, travel, missed work, and repeated assurances that the specific chip would be repaired, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I was very clear from the beginning that repairing that particular chip on the hood was my only condition for purchasing the vehicle. I relied on Mike's repeated assurances that it would be taken care of, and I made multiple trips based on that promise. Instead, the issue I specifically identified before purchasing the vehicle remains unresolved.

Ezekiel is a phenomenal customer service person and he helped us from the start to the end like an absolute rockstar. Took the car for an initial inspection (we have Statefarm insurance and their shop was a recommendation) and Ezekiel welcomed me with a cheerful smile and definitely made me feel at ease given a bit of anxiety sets in when you are driving to a bodyshop for repairs. The attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire process. He did a quick walkthrough around the car with me and was able to assess the damage , the parts that needed to be ordered and as well a timeline was provided as to by when the ordered parts would be available at the shop to proceed further with the fix.The professionalism and expertise demonstrated definitely instilled confidence in the services provided. We were informed about the parts coming in and were able to setup an appointment to drop the car. The repairs on the vehicle were completed ahead of the scheduled time , and the results looked great. It's clear that your technicians take pride in their work, and the craftsmanship is truly commendable. Additionally, the transparent communication and regular updates on the progress of the repairs were greatly appreciated. The cleanliness and organization of your facility also contributed to a positive overall experience (yeah parking in there sometimes can get a bit tight though i have seen a lot of bodyshops not taking good care of their workspace area etc). It's apparent that you prioritize not only the quality of the repairs but also the customer's comfort and satisfaction. Carstar Campbell, your commitment to excellence has earned our trust for sure, and I will certainly recommend your services to friends and family in need of automotive repairs.
