He showed me the two brands and recommended a can of: CRC's "Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner". I cleaned the sensor, and put it back. The "Check Engine" light is off and engine runs smoother! Walked in with my bad alternator. They didn't even ask for a receipt. The worker looked up the serial number and confirmed my warranty for replacement. Had I not switched stores, I would have gotten scammed by this new location to buy a second new alternator after the first one was a dud.

The ease of finding a 7AM appointment was key for me. Brought in my 2019 4Runner fr a wheel alignment. They told me it would about two hours and they actually finished in less than 1.5h I really appreciated the accuracy and attention to the detail while they perform the alignment . Also immensely liked that they would explain every single step of the process. They also found a couple of unrelated minor issues with the truck but they never tried to push additional services. I will take all my other vehicles here and I am pretty sure I can confidently say I found my new mechanics! Highly recommend to anybody looking for a reliable/trustworthy experience. I then went to AutoZone, and the experience was *completely* different. They initially had some difficulty as well, but a more experienced employee stepped in and quickly realized that my VW required a different adapter. Once he had the right one, he got the wiper blades installed quickly and had me test them to make sure everything was working properly before I left. I really appreciated the patience, knowledge, and determination at AutoZone. I'll definitely be coming back.
