We had a towing emergency when the rear leaf spring broke in half on our 16' cargo trailer. The…read moretrailer was towed to Speken Iron and Metal in Pueblo Colorado late in the afternoon. The owner of the company looked at our problem and was able to arrange the repair that same afternoon even though they already had a full schedule. They had a new leaf spring for our trailer in their inventory and were able to have it installed on the trailer within an hour. Speken Iron and Metal specializes in trailer repair and their work and professionalism show it. This company could have really taken advantage of our situation because we had to get the repair done in order to get back on the road. The cost for the repair including the new leaf spring was very reasonable and fair. We were treated like we were a long time customer. Even though I live about 180 miles away in Eastern Colorado, I will be taking all of my trailers to Speken Iron and Metal for repairs and maintenance. These guys are the guys to call when you need anything taken care of with your trailer. Thank you

His price to replace a key-less entry and ignition fob for my Toyota Camry was almost 20% lower than the next lowest price I had been quoted from others. Jeff and I viewed the correct fob online as we spoke to be certain we had it right. When the new unit arrived, I was called so that Jeff could come to my office and program it. The programming took quite some time, but Jeff stuck to the price he had originally quoted regardless. I have found a man who follows up, performs the work as promised, and has the ethics to develop a great reputation. Any locksmith work I need in the future for my vehicles will be given to Jeff. I heartily recommend him to you!

The axil seal went out on rear tire, we called 10+ places and not one could help us until we reached Minkler Diesel repair. We got an appointment for this morning and on the way to the shop had a tire on the trailer blow out. We limped into the shop. We were greeted in the parking lot by Brian and Brian, they immediately started work on truck then evaluated the tire issue on trailer. We needed new tires all around. After we saw the tires we absolutely agreed. We went to the tire shop recommended and Brian brought the rims to the shop and had them put the new tires on the rims. What awesome service and great workmanship. We are back on the road with 5 hours of daylight to travel. The purchaser was eager to get the best price on tires and we ended up out the door for much less than others quoted and in less than 29 hours. We highly recommend Minkler for All you Diesel needs and will use them if we are in need and in this location! Thanks for your professional working team!

They recommended Tom's Towing in Pueblo. Greg, the driver showed up as fast as he could get there, having given him verbally the many dirt roads he had to travel and he did not have a problem getting there (first person to be able to do that, but he has a very efficient way of following difficult instructions which he shared with us). Bottom line, it was a very pleasureable experience considering our situation. He got us back to Colorado Springs Dealership so we could drop our truck off and he also swung by our house so I could pick up my car to bring my husband home from the dealership. We all had a good time on the drive with friendly conversation as Greg is a very personable guy with a great sense of humor. If ever we need help again in that area, I won't ever hesitate to call Tom's Towing (and ask for Greg to come)! Thank you for being a great Customer Service Company, that is hard to find these days!
