Several people recommended Nordics, so I gave them a call to see if they could do an oil change and a transmission fluid service. They got me scheduled right away. I dropped my car off one morning, and later that afternoon they called to let me know that their supplier had delivered the wrong transmission fluid. Instead of cutting corners, they explained that Audi requires a very specific fluid and that they were not willing to install anything other than the correct one. They asked if I would be okay bringing the car back once the proper fluid arrived. That level of honesty and attention to detail really stood out to me. Unfortunately, a lot of shops may not have cared and would have just gone ahead with the wrong fluid. Nordics clearly puts doing the job right ahead of convenience. As soon as the correct fluid came in, they called me and completed the service without issue. This experience showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. It's usually pretty busy inside the little store, so the employees rarely have much time to talk and get to know you. Can't fault them for that.
