While I am sure all other jobs that go without a hitch are probably fine. The issue is when there is a problem (as you read in other reviews), Tina does not have the customer service skills to handle it like a professional. I asked them to do it as they were leaving and the clowns connected the water but not the drain. So when I tried to use it later, all the water ran onto the floor. Well, I'm basically done with their nonsense and I will fix it myself. I don't want them back in here as I noticed my personal property has also been messed with. Not stolen, just things they didn't need to touch were touched. This leaves me unsettled and I threw away my toothbrush, toothpaste and anything of that nature because I don't know what they did to it. The last person also left a mess of packaging all over the work area. I have never had contractors leave their mess for me to clean up.
