Wright Jones performed the plumbing for my remodel about two years ago. Despite repeated calls, multiple visits, and additional charges, the problem remains unresolved. After being told their initial smoke testing found nothing, I paid $900 for independent smoke testing. That company reported a significant leak beneath the toilet and recommended resetting it. Wright Jones returned and reset the toilet, but the odor continued. I was then quoted another $400 for their own smoke test. The customer service has made this experience worse. In my interactions, their receptionist, Tina, was rude and dismissive and told me not to call the office again, even though the problem remained unresolved. Promised callbacks have repeatedly failed to happen. That treatment while seeking help with their work is unacceptable. Nearly two years later, we still have sewage odor affecting a patient-facing area, repeated expenses, and no lasting solution. After paying thousands of dollars for plumbing work, I expected quality workmanship and a lasting resolution. In my experience, neither has been delivered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I asked them to do it as they were leaving and the clowns connected the water but not the drain. So when I tried to use it later, all the water ran onto the floor. Well, I'm basically done with their nonsense and I will fix it myself. I don't want them back in here as I noticed my personal property has also been messed with. Not stolen, just things they didn't need to touch were touched. This leaves me unsettled and I threw away my toothbrush, toothpaste and anything of that nature because I don't know what they did to it. The last person also left a mess of packaging all over the work area. I have never had contractors leave their mess for me to clean up. I know their foreman would not have approved but it was too late. Job was done and as I said, I just don't want anything more to do with those clowns.
