I tried to stall some time to hang out with hawt lady. hehehe Here a short story; Few weeks ago I crash my moto...days later called the insurance and got my claim number. Insurance guy called and told me my bike is no bueno! They gave me an option to reclaim my bike or total loss. I choose to get my money back so they gave me an appointment. Two days later I was sent here and sign one piece of paper and that was it. Took only less than five minutes. Tips; Google the area before going. I was thirty minutes late but it was very slow so no wait. The down side of this place is the area. I got lost once and I had to drive almost a mile to make a turn. ***Drive safe everyone! read more

I have to differentiate this review: Quality of Product: 5-star. The repair job they did was fine. We spilled coffee all over our stereo and needed a new one. They got one from a wrecking yard and threw it in. Fine. It cam out below deductible, and works great. Follow-Through: 3 stars. Originally, Bill had said he would call or email me about something, and I never heard from him. We had a vacation, and had to leave town. Still, when I got back, the parts were ready, and so was the shop. If Looks Count: 2-stars. The autos do not appear to be well cared-for here, and reading reviews confirms this. Perhaps it was just the autos I saw on the lot, but it seemed like they could've been a bit better protected. It's worth saying that my car was only there for about 2 hours. I don't know the relationship that this body shop has with Geico, but they seem to be working together. There are multiple Geico representatives in the lobby, with their own desks. Either way, Geico told me that I would receive a check on the spot for any damages. The employee who performed my estimate said that he did not believe that some of the damage that I was claiming was caused by the accident (BASICALLY CALLING ME A LIAR AND A FRAUD). I brought my car to repairs and after I picked it up I notice a damages on the door handles and some buttoms ... so I took it back and they said they didn't do it and they didn't fix it. So I dont recommend this place at all. read more

However, my car was returned with big scuff on the driver seat and the interior was covered with dirt and grime on he floor mats, door handles, and passenger seat. My wife's car recently had someone hit it in a parking lot (didn't leave a note...grrrrrr) and GEICO covered it fully and sent us to Arseen. The time to repair (about nine days) was longer than I would have expected, but what do I know about auto body repair? (hint: very little) That said, they made it pretty quick and smooth for me to get it in there, they have an Enterprise rental car on site (also covered by my GEICO policy) and off I went. They kept me informed of the progress and when I came back all was great! In the few times I've had to deal with it, great auto body repair is a miraculous thing...and sure enough they did a great job and it looked as good as new! I took my car to Arseen after suffering a minor rear-end collision in my Mazda Miata. The at-fault driver was covered by Geico, so the Geico Express office at Arseen really streamlined the entire process from repairs to a rental car. The repair to my bumper was relatively simple (removal, sanding, repaint, re-install), and Arseen had it completed within 48 hours. The color match was great, and everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful. I want to thank the staff of Arseen Auto Body Shop for the service I received during the repairs of my vehicle. Bill, and Juan, went above my expectations. Juan gave me an estimate, found some hidden damage, and called my insurance company, for more money. Juan called me every step of the way. Bill, then helped me with my rental car, they have Enterprise Rental Car in their facility. I was out in about 30 minutes. After my car was finished being repaired, Bill knew I get off work late, drove my vehicle to my house, and then drove my rental car back to the shop for me!!!! A 5 Star review seems very petty! Zero stars if we could. Two times people keep telling us differing things. We just want a quick quote on body work. We called ahead of time to make sure they were doing it, they said they take estimates Monday - Thursday 10-3 but not during the lunch hours of 12-1. We arrived at 2:10 and the receptionist refused to get us an estimate and said they weren't doing them for the week. Very unprofessional and bad communication. Find somewhere else guys, this place is a headache. They don't do what they're saying and lots of people just sitting around when we came in. Lazy!!! read more

We've been using Arseen for 10 yrs and have always been beyond thrilled. Bill A. has always helped us and without a doubt he's overly professional. It's been a while since we've been there (luckily) but even now we trust them with our Toyota Mirai Hydrogen Car. The other Geico preferred repair shop had never repaired one. I'm shocked with the poor reviews here. I had a fantastic service and my car was done earlier than expected. So I was on the 680 when a handyman truck went in front of me. My mama always told me to never drive by trucks or big rigs because you never know what will fly out or if they can even see you. I tried to switch lanes, but I didn't get away fast enough... A big hunk of scrap metal flew out of the back of the truck and got lodged into my front bumper. I barely bought my car less than a year ago, so I was really bummed out. I called in and brought my car to Arseen. I came in for my estimate the very next day. They figured it would take 3-4 days to repair but it only took them 1! Next fender bender I am definitely coming here, but I really pray that is the last one... read more

Update *Read my previous review for Day 1*: Is this place trustworthy? Do you love and want your car repaired right? READ BELOW! Otherwise if you don't care about your car and just want it fixed to average condition, be my guest and leave it here. They have excellent customer service by the way with smiles and joy. Day 16 - 12/16/15 I did the hour drive to Walnut Creek and Joe, founder of OCDetailing inspected the car. This time stating they flatten the hell out of the paint. He said that the black didn't match. Upon looking at it in the sun again after giving it a wash. You could see the front door was a flat black, as the rear door was a Honda texture black. He pointed at fish eyes on the car where the paint was uneven. On the edge of the door and fender there were sanding burn marks. This guy spent 30 minutes on the floor inspecting the car in a parking lot. He explained to me that I should go back and complain, as time goes by, this burn mark will lift up your clear coat and at that point needs to be repainted. He said it's up to me, as far as what I want to do. I wanted to give up, I was sick or Arseen Body Shop that I was done dealing with them. I told Joe to just take my car and do what you can. He said he'll try but he's very scared as this is a poor paint job. I took the Bart and VTA back to San Jose, 2 hours and 30 minutes. Day 17 - 12/17/15 I got into work at 5:30am, with a lack of sleep. I kept having nightmares about my car being destroyed in the future. I woke up 3 times probably. I woke up needing to take two Tylenols from a headache creeping up. I researched on the forums and read about those sanding burn marks. They were right, you would need a new paint job. I talked among co-workers and decided, it's my car, and I want it right. I called Troy and I will admit I gave him a big piece of my mind over the phone. Venting regarding what's happened and how I was clearly unhappy. He requested I bring the car back even though it was in Walnut Creek. Now I had to find a way back there. I drove the car I was borrowing home then requested an Uber to Fremont, costed me $40 for that ride. Upon already on the BART Troy calls me. "Are you already on your way to Walnut Creek?" "Yes" "Oh well you actually don't need to bring the car here.....we'll be giving you a check for a full refund on the repair." Just great. I wasted my vacation day for this, I had to ask my manager for permission to leave, and I paid for a $40 uber ride. Seriously guys? I was already on my way there, might as well go all the way. I let Joe know the situation and he said to go to Brooks Motor in Oakland. He's the only one they trust after three shops failed him. Upon arriving at Brooks Motors driving from Walnut Creek to Oakland, I saw that they had luxury cars at their place. Mercedez, Audi, Tesla, Ferrari, Porsche, wow my car felt out of place. I was greeted for Jorge. We looked at the car and he confirmed, yep they messed up. He said the same thing as Joe. Paint is so flat, this isn't the same paint as your Honda paint. He even pointed out the fish eye as well. This guy explained to me that every car and brand has a different paint. It's not that hard to do and adjust the paint gun, but the other guys were lazy. Jorge talked to Troy about getting started and the process on how I can now work with these guys. I can see Jorge was serious about making this right and giving me updates along the way. --- Overall I would have to say Arseen Auto Body shop has their customer service down, 10/10, they really know how to be kind and professional with their clients. Quality of their work? Well that depends, how much do you care about your car looking just like before the collision? If you love your car and especially your paint job, then you'll rate this place -10/10 because your paint will not match. If you don't care and want it to just look great from a far distance, then yes drop it off here. I spent a lot of $$$ for my first car and don't want to look at a damage for the next 10 years because I brought it to the wrong place. Troy Garber, you did an amazing job being professional about this. Sorry I yelled on the phone about all this but I was frustrated. You deserve to be working at someplace like Brook Motors with high quality cars and repairs, not this shop. You definitely made a turnaround in the end with the check being made. Troy was a great Geico Adjuster to work with, but I'm sorry I can't trust Bill or Arseen Auto Body with my car because it's not just an object on four wheels to me. read more

I had a very positive experience working with this body shop. The front bumper on my Lexus was the victim of a hit and run and needed to be replaced. The customer service here was very good. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. They give online / text message updates on your car with pictures. Pretty cool. AND they finished my car a day early!! My car was the victim of a hit and run, this is my second time bringing my car here for service, first time customer service was excellent as well as the work they did to repair the front end damage I had, this time by far exceed my expectations, I ended up paying $0 of my $500 deductible, they were able to use several parts that were not damaged to save me money and although my insurance said I'd need to pay $100 of $500 deductible, they waived $100 as courtesy, customer service as always was awesome and the work they did was excellent too.To say I'm pleased with their services is an understatement! I have been at this shop twice in last few months. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. I worked with Matthew both times. He explained everything properly and was prompt in follow-up so that no surprises when came to pick-up the car. Repairs were done perfectly right and at promised time. First time, Geico was only covering OEM part but he made sure to put original part as requested because car was almost new. Second time, it was small insurance company with not so friendly adjuster but he took care of everything very nicely. I had small dent on my own also, which he fixed along with other work free of cost. They have enterprise car rental at site which is pretty reasonable and convenient. Hope i don't have to come again, but if needed, it will be my first choice for sure. read more

Fender bender work on my Cr-v went quick and easy. Rental car rep was professional in addition to the gentleman who explained the procedure at the time of dropping off my car. On pick up the receptionist was very friendly and gave my daughter a coloring book with crayons and a geico lizard mask to take home with her. When I called (the guy wouldn't come to phone), I was always sent to voice mail. Never got a call back after voicemail. I had to keep calling to check on status. Auto body shops go squarely in the column of places I'd hoped to never have to review...but after a recent fender bender, here we are friends. I will say after having read all the reviews & watched their video, I had a more cheery view of things, and thankfully they pretty much delivered the goods. PROS: + In-house Geico rep (fyi they work with many different insurers as well)...but if Geico is handling your claim I would say this is a def advantage to using this shop given their chummy relationship. + In-house Enterprise Rent-A-Car desk & on-site cars makes things easy peazy! + Quick, clear appraisal: friendly shop rep explained what would most likely needed to be done & answered my follow up questions without push back...had my finalized estimate within hours. + Communications: they provided opt-in text msg updates on the progress of your repairs...and with a sense of humor to them. + Service: finished work was seemingly perfect and on-time...as a first-time customer the appraiser offered to give me a quick walk through of the shop to get a sense of their scope & capabilities, which also set my mind more at ease. WOW! Who has a great experience after having an accident (that was my fault)? These guys were great! Everyone seems to work well together and the energy is positive. I brought me car in before a 3 day weekend, Bill recommended that I come back in after the weekend to save $ on my rental as it was going to be at least a week. THEN, I bring it back, they pay for my rental for 10 days AND I was given an upgrade. No reason, they were just nice! If you do have an accident, do yourself a favor and to Arseen. I had an amazing experience with this shop. A few weeks ago when I was in the parking structure at my office building, one of the cement support beams ran into the trunk and bumper of my new Lexus! Waaahhhh! Seriously, I had my car in there to be checked out, they told me they would have to order some parts and if I didn't want to be without my car longer than I needed to (remember I love my new car!), that they would call me when the parts were in. Yeah! I get to keep my car a few extra days, but waahhh it has dents in it :-( Anyway, when the parts where in, they called me, put me on the schedule for the repairs to be completed. I brought my car in, and they were done with it on time! in fact they told me my car would be ready on Monday and it was ready on Friday! I now get the whole weekend to role around in my sexy car again (with no dents) Yippee! Okay, so now for the workmanship. I mean really? Did the people on here with bad reviews go to the same place I went to? The are AWESOME!!! These guys even called my insurance company to get a supplement because my insurance company didn't consider that the paint needed to be blended with the side panels. My insurance company came out analyzed it and increased the work to be done. The guys at Arseen even waited to put my protective cover on my bumper until the paint had plenty of time to set, dry what ever you call it when you need to wait for paint to dry. Yet, another thing that I can say they went above and beyond, to do for me to make sure my car would be protected for years to come. I mean making sure my paint is going to match and that it didn't get messed up by putting the protective sticker on it too soon, etc! This is pretty rock star as far as I am concerned. Hi all, I read all the reviews and I'm assuming Arseen must have had a change in staff because the service I received was good. I have eSurance and they recommended this place. I worked primarily with Bill and Neena. They had very good customer service but did miss a phone call or two. Even though I do appreciate it when someone says they will call and do call, I didn't mind too much when this crew called because they were always courteous. Also they would typically call me the next day. Always, always very courteous and helpful. I was hit by a drunk driver back in April and took my vehicle in sometime in May (due to my schedule). I have a Nissan Frontier and was hit in the rear tire well, body and bumper. They took care of my truck, put OEM parts and always updated the images on eSurance.com. Also, at one point during the process they ordered the wrong mud guards so it delayed the process a little but they installed both new mud guards onto my truck. I thought that was very cool of them. Just recently, my sway bar appeared broken. I thought it was due to the accident. I spoke with Bill, he contacted my insurance and they fixed the sway bar-- 8 months after the accident!!!! I don't know if it was due to Bill or my awesome insurance but it was still appreciated. They installed the sway bar in 10 minutes one morning when I took it in. So I took off a star for delay in phone calls only because you should "do what you say" and do it when you say you're going to do it. But really these people have gone the extra mile for me and I greatly appreciate it. Thanks! read more

this was the place my insurance had me go to after my minor rear-ended accident. Matt was the guy that helped me the entire process. he stayed late when I showed up 5 mins before closing to pick up my car and he called/left voice mail to let me know the status of my car, so kuddos to Matt! :) When i got my car back they did a good job cleaning the interior as I have white dog hair everywhere! but sadlly, i realized they only vacuumed only the front and not the backseat :(.. I dont know anything bout cars but I can say they matched the paint perfectly and that my door closes and bumper is fix :D But my rating is for my trunk. After the repair I noticed the trunk was harder to close, i mean not a big deal, but I don't like to SLAM my trunk in order for it to be fully closed :T read more

Arseen did a great job on my blue 2007 Nissan Versa. They repaired a dent on the passenger door and did a great job. I requested that they use Nissan OEM parts and they had no problem doing it. Esurance even recommended Arseen Autobody and they backed their recommendation with a lifetime warranty on their work. I brought the car in on a Monday and they said I would receive it back by Friday and sure enough, they kept their word. Once I saw the car I was amazed with their work. The repair was flawless and the paint match and blending was perfect even with the blue onyx color of this car. It looked like it was straight off the dealer lot. My daughter got into a fender bender, really sad event....:o( Called our insurance - Progressive and worked out a repair with Arseen. From the beginning to end Nina at Arseen and her crew made it soooo easy to get it repaired! They even got it done before the estimated date. When we were picking up the car, Nina overheard me say to my daughter that I will need to set up a payment plan so that she could pay me back for the deductible....so Nina took off $50 for our deductible to help out.
