Thank you Mark! Hands down best car buying experience ever! Went into only test drive (I swear) and…read moreended up driving away with my new Crown Signia. I have been researching cars like crazy and had finally narrowed it down to 2 cars. The Mazda CX50 Hybrid and the Crown Signia. I had about 45 mins to kill before I had to pick up my kids. Went in and Mark approached me and was super friendly. He backed the car like Austin Powers, it was awesome ( ) Any who, test drive went good. He didn't talk excessively. Which I really appreciate, since I was trying to really get a feel for the car. I had previously test drove the CX-50 and really wanted to see if the feeling was different on how both cars drove. For me the Signia just drove smoother. Acceleration was great and handled very nice. The interior was chefs kiss. Fast forward 40 mins, I had to run to grab the kiddos. They asked if I wanted to pick the kids up in the Signia, as a longer test drive. Which I did, my son walked up and was like why you driving this ugly car . Poor Mark was dragged with me through the pick ups, thank you again for being super awesome! Mark was very no pressure, I had told him about being on the fence between the two vehicles. He was very straight forward and NO pressure. He asked what it would take to have me drive it home. I told him what I would like to see on the deal, but didn't feel that the dealer would be okay with it. He said let's find out. Obviously they were able to, since the cars sitting in my driveway! I really appreciated the no pressure, from Mark, the manager and the finance guy (sorry don't remember their names ‍) But they were all super friendly, great customer service. Would I recommend buying from Hansel Petaluma? In a heartbeat. Just ask for Mark, you won't regret it! P.S. I've serviced my Van here and have never had any issue with the service department. They are great.!!

They were able to tell me what service I needed, what was included, and scheduled me in the following day. Everyone was super friendly, the cost was reasonable and I walked away feeling valued. I will definitely come back to this Toyota for servicing my Prius.

I went in at the start of a calendar quarter this year, when there were fewer shoppers around. DIllon was calm and knowledgeable; and patient (took the time to run through all the dashboard settings and configure it as I wanted before I drove off). I knew what I wanted going in; this probably also helped make the purchase pretty quick and easy. They did let me take an extended test drive. Never been to this dealership before (former BMW 3 series owner). re: the car, Honda Civic Hybrid. I'm at around 1500 miles since purchase, 20%-30% highway driving. As you can see from the photo, I'm now over 53 MPG, beyond my expectations. Part of that is fewer highway miles, and keeping my speed lower there. Part of it is the design of the engine. You will sometimes be driving on the battery ("EV") even at 65-70 mph while in "Normal" mode. And at 20 mph you may be on gas for awhile even in "Econ" mode (I don't use Sport mode). The handling, steering, braking is surprisingly good, smooth, nimble. Not surprising, in hindsight, it was named one of Ward's 10 Best Engines. This also fit in my garage (the Accord is around 196 inches and would have been a much tighter fit). Thanks to Dillon, Stewart and Hansel for all of the above. DC
