How is the general public supposed to be able to go and see anything in a storefront if they are only open from 7am to 4:30 pm daily? A combination of the dismissive, rude, and unprofessional staff and the business hours make this establishment a no-go for me, and anyone who asks for my advice about lighting stores in the future. I called Egozi Electric and Gal tried troubleshooting it with me over the phone before deciding that the panel needed to be looked at. He came out and saw that one of the breakers had melted. He explained to me that this was unsafe, a fire hazard, and the panel needed to be replaced as soon as possible. He went over the entire process in great detail including how to contact the electric company for approval. As I was working through this he stayed in communication (usually over text) and helped with the questions I had. Once I got the approval of the electric company to proceed, Gal and his crew came out the next day and did the entire installation in one day. They showed up right on time. His crew were professional, efficient, and detail oriented. I especially appreciated the time they took thoroughly labeling the new panel. Now when something trips the breaker I won't have to randomly go through each one. Since they replaced the panel the electricity in my house has been working wonderfully. I am grateful for Gal and his team. His expertise and high quality work took what was a frustrating process and made it so much better than it could been.
