Only after calling the office to find out where the electrician was, did the receptionist say that they would arriving between 2-2:30. The best part was they said they were there to just provide a quote and did not have what we needed to move an existing 2 plug outlet up 3 feet on the wall and make it a 4 plug outlet! This is after we had specified this request on the initial call with the 2 women who answer the phone and schedule appointment! What sort of business are you running??? So disappointing! Believe it or not our time is just as valuable as your time! We waste our entire morning and part of our afternoon waiting around for nothing!!! Our builder used your company when building our home and now I have concerns on all our electrical wiring if you have people running your day to day operation like this! Such a shame!
