I got the Steak and Cheese wrap and by the time it was served to us, the wrap was so soggy I couldn't pick it up and had to eat with fork and knife. My daughters meal was forgotten in the order, so I had to go to the counter. Waited approximately 25 minutes before someone came from the back, to the desk where there were about 5 other people waiting. Finally got his attention and let him know he forgot my daughter's meal. They did promptly put her chicken ceasar salad together and brought it out about 10 more minutes later. While we were finishing up, another customer who was also waiting for TWO HOURS FOR FRIES, came back to let them know that his $40 meal of only fries, was soggy and inedible.
