"That 1 Painter" Company got paint on the hood of my 2023 Lincoln ( less than 10k. mi.) paint on my driveway, and on my front lawn. I didn't hire them to paint anything "outside" of my home! They also blended the paint colors between my walls and ceilings. The paint on the stairs are lumpy and clumpy in the corners. The paint on the railing are already peeling. They just completed this paint job in the middle of December 2024! There are also opened cracks where they should have caulked! The workers also broke precious items in my home as well. These people were very unprofessional and disrespectful. The Project Manager came out and took pictures of the damages. I sent her an estimate for the vehicle. Instead of referring me to the insurance company she referred me to a very hostile general manager named Mark. He wasn't interested in amicably resolving the problem. Instead he wanted to come by my house and buff the car himself! I asked him if he was an auto body professional. He didn't respond? He was combative, and defensive towards me, a senior citizen. I asked him for the name of the That 1Painter insurance company so that I could file a proper claim. He refused. I have reached out to this company requesting to speak to the owner or someone in authority besides Mark to no avail. All I get is the run around. I'm very disappointed in "That 1 Painter" I will not refer anyone to this company. I expect this company to cover the damages they're workers caused.
