Very delicious! Loved the ambiance. Felt hipster and independent, lots of character yet clean. The cashier was very friendly. Made a recommendation for their classic vanilla iced latte. Literally the worst matcha latte I've ever had in my life lol. I usually get the lavender latte with almond milk or oat milk and that's bomb but I decided to switch it up today and this tasted like sweetened milk in a bad way. Got home and threw it away. Worker got rude when I told her my matcha tasted like honey and not stevia. Lol read more

I'll start by saying that I had been hearing about this place so I knew I had to check it out the next time I went to TJ. That's what I did. I was actually in the area and decided to walk over. It's across from some fields and the stadium. The place isn't big, but it doesn't have to be. It's a nice quiet shop with indoor and outdoor seating available. Their coffee Is really good. I have to say if you get one thing, get the cold brew. It's perfect. You don't need any flavoring for it. The staff is really nice and helpful. They take cards in case you don't have pesos with you. All in all, this place is awesome. Definitely recommend it. read more

Not quite a place I would expect to come across in Tijuana. Tijuana surprises me with every visit. Before heading to the border, we stopped by for a coffee and to check this place off my long list of places to visit while in Baja. I wanted something different so they recommended the Latte Olla. It was their espresso take on cafe de olla, a traditional style of preparing coffee in Mexico. This latte contained brown sugar, cinnamon, and orange rind. The place is small and has an industrial look that would fit perfectly in the Arts District in Los Angeles. The employees were very friendly. I preferred this place to Das Cortez. read more

THAT COLD BREW THOUGH. Also, Electric has some of the best coffee shop aesthetic of the moment. I'm in love. It's crisp, clean, and cool. It's also conveniently located across from the stadium (whose name I forget, sorry). They make a seriously delicious cold brew. It's refreshing, it's potent, it has excellent flavor and highlights the beauty of Mexican-grown coffee. Further, their espressos are incredible and you can't seem to go wrong. You can also buy their beans (it seems they sell 1/4 kilos, but may also offer larger batches, I am not sure). Overall, a winning place. When in the area, be sure to stop by! read more

Beautiful gem in Tijuana that sets the standards high for coffee! Ordered some Oaxaca cortado made with local Mexican crop and milk, extremely delicious and pulled from a simonella. Loved every sip of my beautiful drink and wish this was a place I could visit more often! Beware. They do not accept credit card. read more

Let me start by saying I might be considered what some might call a bit of a coffee "snob". Especially after just coming back from a 6 week trip to Australia; a country that consistently produces the best cups of coffee I have ever tasted. As a gringo living in Mexico I have often been very disappointed in the coffee. Mexico actually grows and produces excellent coffee beans, but the quality of the actual drink in most cafes and restaurants has often been lacking. Historically, many people here just haven't appreciated what it considered an excellent cup of coffee. But things are changing. Similar to the wine renaissance in Mexico (yes, Mexico now produces some great wine) over the last decade or two many places in Mexico are brewing great coffee. Electric is an example of this. Now if they could just learn to make an Aussie flat white! ;) read more

Always hit this place anytime I go anywhere in Mexico. Less than 10 min from the border and great coffee! Cortados and Coldbrew are the best I've had in Mexico for sure. read more
