Tammy always makes my hair look its very best and has never tried to upsell me. When I have questions or suggestions, she is honest about what will work and what won't. I've always had great service from Tammy. I find her and her staff very professional, but in a relaxed way. You can tell that they all enjoy what they do, and they enjoy being there. They all seem to act as if they are a big, loving family. It shows in how they treat each other and how they treat their customers. I would definitely recommend the Palm Spa.

I went to the salon expecting professional service and left with my hair completely fried and severely damaged. I reached out to the salon because I expected them to take responsibility and actually help resolve the situation, but instead of offering a real solution, they gave me a $20 leave-in conditioner and essentially left me to deal with the damage myself. A $20 product is not an acceptable resolution when the service I paid for resulted in my hair being damaged to this extent. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I later found out the stylist who did my hair had been fired over the same type of issue, but the salon never told me that when I was there or when I was trusting them with my hair. I feel like that information should have been disclosed, especially if there were already concerns about the stylist's work. I am not looking for special treatment or anything unreasonable--I simply want the salon to take responsibility for what happened and refund me for the service. Instead, I have been left with damaged hair and a product that does not come close to making up for the damage caused. I am extremely unhappy with how the salon handled the situation afterward and feel that the customer service has been just as disappointing as the original experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering going here to do their research and ask questions about how situations like this are handled when something goes wrong. I trusted this salon with my hair, paid for a service, and expected to leave happy with the results. Instead, I am now dealing with the consequences of significant damage and feel like my concerns have not been taken seriously. I hope the salon will reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future and understand that customers deserve accountability, honesty, and a proper resolution when a service goes wrong.

She took the time to talk about what I wanted for my hair and explained how she would make that happen. I got color and highlights, as well as a trim. I love love love the color. It's multi-dimensional and I've gotten tons of compliments. As for the haircut, I was just getting trimmed up, and she did exactly what I asked. For the amount of time spent (three hours) and the products used (I have a lot of hair), the price of $125 was very fair. I'm sure you can go to a chain salon and get cut and color for cheaper, but they are probably not going to take the time that Stephanie did on my hair.
