They are horrible!! Told girls working there on my last day of tanning that it was the end of my contract. I was not given anything to sign to cancel contract. I checked bank account a couple of times to make sure no new charges were being taken out . Go in today to sign up and I'm told that I'm still signed up and they have been charging me for 5 months and I owed them for a month !! 350.00 all together for nothing! My fault for not reading fine print. Employees should have given me paper to sign when they were clearly told that my contract had ended . read more

Poor customer service. Employees are not trained in customer service they are very rude. Product and beds are not what they claim to be. Went one time and they were so rude to me I will never go back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would give no stars if I could and I would keep track of your bank account if you should choose to use this place. read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been trying to have the manager call me for 2.5 weeks and I have had no response. The Stand Up bed is broken again which is why I buy the package I do. The took ALL of my points out of my account and have asked to be contacted numerous times now. I have even asked for a managers phone number, email or some type of contact information I even left noted for the manager to call me and I was bluntly told NO! They have zero customer service! I was charged a $10 non-payment fee and told my card couldn't cover the membership fee. I was told I couldn't tan unless I paid it. I insisted that they had something wrong but was turned away without them looking into it and told to call my bank. I called my bank and found out that the employee put my credit card expiration date in wrong. I called the owner the next morning and she was very rude and said I was "lucky that she even took the fees off" and she "could've left them on my account" when I told her that I wanted the extra day I lost or a higher level bed the next time I came in because I had to have someone watch my kids the day before plus the time I wasted driving there and back for nothing. Finally she begrudgingly gave me 10 extra points, I laughed and said "fine bye" And she just hung up on me! Horrible customer service by the OWNER, Kristy at this place, I am appalled at how this situation was handled and how I was treated. I will not be continuing my membership here for sure! Quite expensive. Bought a package but you had to pay xtra for increasing the bed levels. I understand the reasoning, but the fact of the matter is that I have been to other companies that a standardized tanning bed gave me great results and had to always upgrade at EB to even start to see results. I do not think I will return to this facility. read more

TERRIBLE. If you decide to go with this tanning salon, my suggestion to you would be to look over your contract with a fine tooth comb. I paid 3 months in advanced and was told by the employee signing me up that I could come back in and renew once my 3 months were up. I signed the contract that did mention automatic withdrawal for payments monthly, but figured that was for people who hadn't chose to pay it all up front. This all happened in April. So I tanned April, some of May and none in June. I never gave them a second thought or had any reason to think I was still getting charged. Checked my bank account today and noticed they have pulled $69.59 out of my account for the months of July, August, September & October. When I went into the store and had the displeasure of speaking with the DM she stated the only thing they could do is offer me 2 months free tanning but no refund. If you're willing to give two months free tanning, why not just issue me a refund for two of the 4 months. I declined the free two months as I will NEVER step foot in that place again. They received $278.36 of my money and no services were rendered. It's a tanning salon, I didn't realize the contract or canceling process would be such a headache or nightmare.
