Her highlights at the root on one side were completely uneven. She attempted to add more bleach and then told my daughter she wouldn't be able to blow dry her hair and sent us away with a towel to dry her sopping wet hair. We got home and blow dried and it looked the same as before. Had to go spend another $178 to get it fixed elsewhere. I did reach out to the owner and let her know, she offered us to come back and would try again but I had already taken her to another salon as we wouldn't have had time to go back. What an expensive ordeal!! Looks like other people have had better luck though. Maybe it was just an off day.

He told me he was a Redken educator that taught in Australia & has worked in a few different states. Ty lighten my hair, layered/textured & trim the ends. I'm very happy with my salon experience-- I have not changed salons in 10 years (I'm from the Bay Area). I'm always worried when I get a haircut, but Ty gave me an excellent haircut & experience.
