All of the staff I encountered were pleasant, positive, and helpful. I noticed they were willing to listen to me and my needs. The physician was thorough and clearly explained my treatment plan. I was given the opportunity to ask questions with him. The office was clean and comfortable. Ample parking and easy access to the building. I plan to return and continue receiving my care here. I've read several other reviews and I wonder what peoples' expectations are. I have a realistic understanding of what pain management can and cannot do. I understand how the front office works. Overall, I found the Cary facility to be professional and appropriate, no problems at all.
