She was very rude and impolite, and she attended to other customers while leaving me standing at the counter. She took measurements of my old glasses and the new ones and told me that the left lens of my old glasses had a stronger prescription than the new ones. I told her that I could not waste any more time trying another pair and that I needed a refund. She asked me for the case, and I told her I had left it at home but had another case in my car that I could bring. She insisted it had to be that particular case because she was going to return everything to the company. I drove 25 miles back home to retrieve the case and the 7-inch cleaning cloth. On my way back, I realized there was another Target in Allen that would save me about 6 to 7 miles of driving. I went to that store and gave the agent everything, mentioning that I had driven 25 miles just to bring the case. He was surprised and returned the case to me as a courtesy, apologizing on behalf of the agent who had refused to accept it without it. I will never return to that optical store again.

The offices are clean and the technology is up to date. I was offered a digital scan for pupil dilation instead of the drops. So - if your don't like those drops, there is an alternative option. I met with optometrist Stacy Turner and she was very nice. She was also very thorough with her explanations. She was very willing to answer anyone of my questions. I was then handed of to another person to explain my insurance benefits. Overall, the staff was very welcoming from start to finish. I'm very surprised to see so many negative reviews. I think this is a great place to get an eye exam.
