I met with optometrist Stacy Turner and she was very nice. She was also very thorough with her explanations. She was very willing to answer anyone of my questions. I was then handed of to another person to explain my insurance benefits. Overall, the staff was very welcoming from start to finish. I'm very surprised to see so many negative reviews. The friendly faces, upbeat dispositions, and exceptional customer service from the women at the front desk immediately set the tone for such a positive experience. I truly enjoyed working with every member of the team--from Niyah during intake, to Roni with sales, to Duy, who patiently helped with my many questions and pricing. Everyone was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me. I know I came in with a lot of requests, but they never made me feel like I was asking too much. During my visits, I received an eye exam and updated prescription, purchased three new frames with different and somewhat complicated lens preferences, and later returned to have three frames from home re-lensed--a total of six pairs of glasses! Despite everything I asked of them, the team handled it all beautifully. Their turnaround time was especially impressive--they truly under-promised and over-delivered by completing all six pairs ahead of the timeframe I expected. Clarity Eye Care is close, convenient, and now feels like the home I've found for all my future optical needs. Thank you so much to the entire staff for taking such wonderful care of me. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!

I booked an appointment here based on the other 5 star reviews and well, you won't be surprised…read morethat mine is also a 5 star review. When you first walk in, the reception area and frames section are very bright and clean. I love the exposed wooden beams. Everything, including exam room was clean and inviting. It may seem silly but they have an air purifier that was humming and felt like a calming, white noise while you wait for the Dr. I arrived 15 minutes early just in case I needed to do anything extra with checking in since it was my first visit. I had completed the new patient paperwork online ahead of time but gave myself that extra time just in case. Turns out, I didn't need it but no problem. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly while checking me in. My appt was set for 11:30 and at exactly 11:30, Chloe - Optician called me for the initial exams. She was very thorough and detailed every step and what she would be looking for. We had a friendly conversation and then she placed me in a room at about 11:50. I'm giving time stamps to help manage your expectations but of course, every patient may take less or more time depending on your needs and questions. Dr. Kirscht arrived at 12:07 for her part of the exam. She is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and never made the visit feel rushed. She explained things I had never been told before and truly help my understanding of my vision, eye health, and needs going forward. Once finished there, the receptionist (I apologize I didn't catch her name), escorted me back to the front where she introduced James -Optician to help me select frames and discuss options. James was very kind and friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's hard to pick out frames when you can't see yourself so I trusted his judgment. He gave great feedback and I found a pair pretty quickly that I loved. I was also able to purchase for $40 a pair of magnetic sunglasses frames for my glasses! I loved that this option was available. He also took time to explain what insurance covered and any out of pocket expenses. A bonus was I am able to pay 50% up front and remainder of balance when I pick up my frames which is a wonderful option for those needing it or just wanting to. I walked out by 12:50! So a little over an hour for everything and that included discussion of a Retina specialist. (Yes, I'm being referred if you read this pray for me ugh!) I've visited two other places in Allen for eye exams. None have been horrible or bad experiences but; I loved the vibe here, the welcoming staff, the clean environment, and the wealth of knowledge they all have in their field of expertise. Out of the 3 - this is by far my favorite. James was not pushy with up-selling nor try to talk me into grandiose frames that cost the most. It felt genuine and honest. I appreciate that. It's easy to see why they continue to receive 5 stars. If you're looking for a vision home - Delta Eye Care is calling!
