Shame on me for not coming in before. Staff was very pleasant and gave me pricing range up front. They let me leave the watches there and called me when they were completed, which was very quickly, even though I had not made an appointment and they seemed busy with Christmas shoppers and other guests. When I returned I took in a ring I thought had a loose stone. Not only did they take a look at it they cleaned it for me as well. All at no charge. I feel very comfortable knowing I'll be coming back for some custom work I want done. They are closed from 12/31 - 1-11 for vacation.

I have seen them sell name brand shoes and purses for a while now. And I was not looking for much, just whatever I could get. They told me to try Plato's closest because they purchase shoes and purses. I went to them out of loyalty and comfort. Knowing I would be treated fairly. But as I was being denied a few dollars while standing next to shoes in much worse shape and worth less than mine that they had up for sale, my ego got admittedly a bit bruised. Like my stuff was not good enough to sell next to the crap they already have up for sale. I have pawned things, sold things and bought things from this location ample times over the last 5 years. But after that today I will not be a customer here any longer. Not necessarily because they wouldn't buy my stuff, but rather the manner in which I was disregarded was not right. Some of the staff here is genuinely kind and knowledgeable, but the current management is just toxic. End of my rant.

Well I have since taken the watch to 3 different local watch shops all have guaranteed that the watch is definitely authentic. I would not value this clowns opinion on anything.
