I love that our tacos were served on half a corn taco shell to keep them free of the sauce from the other items on the plate. Nobody likes a soggy taco that falls apart, and Rubia's knows this, so they prevent it from happening. Something so small is so smart and made such a big difference. Their beer and cocktail menu was extensive. The biggest compliment I can give is that nearly every table was taken at 2:00 on a weekday, and still our food was awesome and the service was attentive.
