I hired Garfield to pressure wash my deck, front porch and clean the roof and gutters of my 2 story…read morehome. I was mostly inside while he worked, but it appeared that he did a good job, so when he was finished, I paid him in cash and also left him a very generous tip. Shortly after he left, I realized that he didn't clean the roof or gutters on the 2nd story!! I contacted him immediately. He acknowledged that it was not completed, (because I sent photos), and he promised to return the next day. He did not. And since then, he has not returned any of my messages. This is a big lesson for me. Do not trust that everyone has integrity. IF you hire him, and I would not...but if you choose to, make SURE YOU CHECK that he has completed ALL OF THE WORK BEFORE YOU PAY HIM.
